早起是一件非常重要的事情，因为大人小孩都要早点去上班上学，更重要的是，这样子“早起小精灵”才会在你身旁，让你天天早起，养成早起的\'好习惯，让学生拿满分，让工作人员事情做到好，早起也是一份补品，让我们增加双倍的能量，这样一来，我们对事物就有好奇心，让我们吸收新知识，什么事情都更清楚。
如果不早起的话，说不一定头脑会不清楚、容易昏沉，不太会对事物有好奇心，考试无法拿高分，事情也会做不好，大家就不会再喜欢你了。有时睡的更晚，用餐时间也变了，这样一来，生活作息就变的不正常了，生活作息一改变，变的不正常，自然而然就再也不会去注意时间，这样子就会让自己的生活步调变了样，如果没有早起，身体的抵抗力会变的越来越差，容易生病。
“早起小精灵”都喜欢天天早起的人，它告诉我们早起的好处以及没有早起的坏处，让我们知道早起的重要性，所以我们务必要天天早起，为了我们的身体健康和精神等等，我们要有早起早睡的好习惯。

平常都是爸爸6点50来叫醒我的，可这回――居然是我叫爸爸给我拿衣服穿！爸爸把我的衣服递给我时，我发现他还是有点眼睛都睁不开的、昏昏沉沉的样子。
这么早起来了，我觉得一切都很新鲜。我飞快地穿好衣服、裤子、袜子和鞋子，然后像一阵风似地冲到楼下去了。果然，一到楼下，我惊奇地发现，全家都安安静静的.，客厅里只有――外公一个人！
我先向外公问早，然后就去洗手间拿牙杯、牙刷和牙膏。可是，一进门，尽管我是轻轻地，还是把外婆吵醒了。我向外婆说了一声早上好，外婆竟然迷迷糊糊地觉得自己睡过头了。我说：外婆，还很早，你继续睡吧。于是，我就跑到阳台去刷牙了。
刷完牙，洗好脸，我到客厅里擦雪花膏和橄榄油。当一切都搞定的时候，我情不自禁地打了一个响指：“OK！”
可是，现在离上学时间还有足足一个小时啊！接下来我该干什么呢？爸爸趁机说：抓紧时间写一篇文章。当时，我就心想：早起真悲剧，起来了还要写文章。
不过，小情绪马上就过去了。我坐到了书桌前，开始认认真真构思、打草稿，然后又津津有味地把题为《早起》的这篇文章写完了。
时间差不多了，我就跑到餐厅去吃早饭――今天的早饭，好好吃啊！

Because they`re all very kind.It`s a pleasure to work and study with them.I`m really very happy.I`m not an outstanding student in this class,but I can do the same thing like others.I believe I won`t make anyone disappointed.
