A Boy put his hand into a jar of Filberts，and grasped as many as his fist could possibly hold But when he tried to pull it out again，he found he couldn’t do so，for the neck ofthe Jar was too small to allow of the passage of so large a handful Unwilling to lose his nuts but unable to withdraw his hand，he burst into tears A bystander,who saw where the trouble lay，said to him，“Come，my boy，don’t be so greedy：be content with half the amount，and you’ll be able to get your hand out without difficulty.”
Do not attempt too much at once.

A Wolf,who had just enjoyed a good meal and was in a playful mood，caught sight of a Boy lying flat upon the ground，and，realising that he was trying to hide，and that it was fear of himself that made him do this，he went up to him and said，“Aha，I’ve found you，you see；but if you can say three things to me，the truth of which cannot be disputed，1 will spare your life.’’The Boy plucked up courage and ,hought for a moment，and then he said，“First，it is a pity you saw me；secondly，1 was a fool to let myself be seen；and thirdly，we all hate wolves because they are always making unprovoked attacks upon our flocks.”The Wolf replied，“Well，what you say is true enough from your point of view；SO you may go.”

喂，一个穿着浅蓝色裙子的小木偶叫着那个站在跑步机玩具的小男孩木偶。
嗯？是在叫我吗？那个小男孩转过身来看着小女孩。
嗯，你叫什么名字啊？
我被人类叫成‘篮球王子’我给自己取名叫dark，小男孩腼腆的笑着，你呢？
我叫芭比！小女孩甜甜的笑着。
就这样，小男孩和小女孩成了好朋友，他们在欢天喜地的.说着，从他们是从哪个制造厂制造出来的聊到是怎样到这里来的，讲了很多有趣的事，他们都在哈哈大笑，好久都没有这么开心了。小男孩说，他有一个愿望，就是能够在下一届世界木偶运动会上得奖。小女孩祝他成功。
有一天，小主人拿小男孩出来玩，一个不小心，小男孩感觉到身体好痛，便昏迷了过去，醒来之后才知道，原来自己的腿被摔断了，小男孩好伤心，自己还要跑步啊，还要登上领奖台啊！怎么办！小女孩很伤心，却不知道怎样安慰他，只好默默的陪着他，希望可以帮小男孩分担一些忧伤，但是，小男孩从此以后开始自暴自弃，整天一副事事与我无关的样子，小女孩只能偷偷的流泪。
有一天，小女孩对小男孩说：dark，我帮你跑吧！我帮你参加跑步比赛！小男孩起先还不让，但小女孩很坚持，只好答应了。从此以后，小女孩比小男孩以前更努力。到了世界木偶运动会的前一天，小女孩却病了，小男孩失望了，但还是扯出了一抹笑容，安慰小女孩说：不怕，下次参加也行啊！小女孩知道，小男孩很伤心，并且运动会七年一次，七年后，他们就不能跑的那么快了，所以，小女孩决定，偷偷地去参加比赛，一定不能让小男孩失望。
第二天，小女孩忍着病痛跑得了第一名，跑完以后，她昏倒了，电视机前的小男孩看到了，哭了起来，拄着拐杖，跌跌撞撞地跑进了赛区，抱着小女孩哭了起来……
