英语作文元旦初一【一】
“在这辞旧迎新的日子里，我们班将举行这场文艺会，用我们的歌声与舞姿，用我们的热情与激情，来表达我们的喜悦，传达对新一年的憧憬！”这是我们班正在举行“迎新年，庆元旦”文艺会，我们用快乐来拥抱新年！
“哈哈，哈哈”一阵开心的笑声从我们班传了出来。此刻，王子鸣和刘之翀正在演小品《离婚记》呢。“你这个臭婆娘，又老又爱打麻将，而且每次都输二百五，我看你就是个二百五。”刘之翀指着王子鸣绘声绘色地说。这一举动让同学开怀大笑。“你……你凭啥说我二百五？”王子鸣问。“你还不二百五，那天让你买醋，你买麻油，那次让你去冼衣服，你把盐当成冼衣粉。”刘之翀数落到。这两个机灵鬼，平时就爱逗我们笑，今天演起小品，更加幽默了。
没想到严肃的刘老师，也表演了一个节目《踢鸡毛键子》。刘老师开始踢了，“一。二。三。四。五……”那鸡毛键子忽上忽下，一下子“跑了”很远，刘老师不慌不忙地把脚一抬，键子又回来了，眼看着键子就要落地了，她又轻轻一勾，键子又飞舞起来了，刘老师轻快的身子随着键子的节奏，如跳舞一般，看得我们眼花缭乱。刘老师踢了159个，脸上也露出了孩子般的笑容。
接下来的活动更加精彩。“过独木桥”，游戏规则是：两名同学为一组，其中一人掉了下去便算输了。游戏一开始，班上的气氛达到了极点，旁边的.同学不停地喊加油，似乎他们比比赛的同学还要紧张。我组打头阵的就是我和唐琼，由于我十分急，没有找到决窍，两个人都掉了下来。便认真地看别人是怎么过的。哦，两个人要抱着过，团结就是力量！于是我又上去试了试，果然成功了。同时也明白了，合作便是双赢！
更让开心的是，我当任这次文艺会的主持人。尽管第一次，但是还是被老师同学们认可了。平时，看电视里，那节目主持人王燕、李湘等好让我羡慕，现在终于“梦想成真”！

At the first day of New Year, I was so excited that I got up very early in the morning. But Mother was earlier than me, and she had gotten the breakfast ready. Dumplings, that's my favourite. After the wonderful breakfast, I left home with my parents to visit our relatives. On the way, I said "Happy New Year" to everyone that I met and they all said that back to me. Everyone is happy and friendly. In my relatives' house, they prepared many sweets and snacks for visitors. They are all very delicious. The more exciting thing was that I got some money from my relatives. I had a fine day in my relatives' family.
My first day of New Year was very happy. It was a good start, and I would try my best to make this happiness last for the whole year.

元旦节下午，我做完作业爸爸带我去我家新买的房子那里玩，我迫不及待的坐上爸爸的电动车走了。
我们路过嵩州公园。爸爸让我去玩，虽然公园里有的人在玩滑板，有的在骑车，有的人在汤秋千，还有的在划船，可是我并不感兴趣。于是我们一溜烟来到了书院新村—-我家的新房楼下。一下车爸爸让我把电动车锁住，他自己去拿钥匙开门。爸爸一摸口袋才恍然大悟忘带钥匙了，爸爸说：“要不我们一起回家改日再来，或者我回家取钥匙，你在这里等着。”我像热锅上的蚂蚁一样急得团团转，我既不想回家也不想在这里等，最后只好垂头丧气地说：“那就回家吧!”爸爸看到我一脸不高兴的样子，他急中生智想到物业管理部门不是还有一把钥匙吗，于是我和爸爸到物业管理办公室拿了钥匙，开了门。我高兴的又蹦又跳。
通过这件事，我知道以后无论做什么事，都不能粗心大意，否则会误大事。

New Year's Day is one of important days for many people in the word during the year.Most people spend the New Year'sDay in hotels.January 1st is considered as the New Year's Day.most companies,shops,school,and government offices are closed during that time.People prepare for New Year's Dayfrom late December.Firt,people spend a few days to clean their houses completely.Some families then put up some new painting from November to be sent in January.The New Year's meal is also prepared from the end of December.During the New Year's Day,people usually do not cook and relax at home. On New Year's Eve,it is common to have a bag dinner with family members or friends at home or in hotels and hear bells which informs us of the coming New Year.On New Year's Day,people fiest greet each other. Some people wear new coats and visit temples to pray for happiness and health theoughout the New Year.Children are busy with getting the gifts from their parents and relatives.
