There were so many tourist areas in my plan list, like Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Perking University and so on. However, due to my short holiday I only visit several places of my list, with my friend’s companion. I will take a long tour to Beijing next time if I have the chance.

On summer holiday my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at Huabei Hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.
We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look. The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang Hill. I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.
Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing. I like this trip!

7月10日早上，我们到达北京这个繁华的美丽的首都。首先我们去参观国家博物馆，博物馆里的花瓶数不胜数，每一个价钱的都不低于三千元等贵重物品。下午，去国家关系学院开营仪式和听清华大学教授讲座。
第二天，我们去参观卢沟桥旁边的抗日纪念馆，让我知道1937年12月13日，日军攻占南京后，对南京民众大肆屠，在40多天里，使用机枪扫射、集体枪、活埋、刀劈、火烧等惨绝人寰的方法，屠我国同胞。侵略者甚至进行人游戏，以中国人取乐。在南京大屠中，仅被日军集体屠的中国军民就达到19万余人，中国军民30万余人被日军戮。整个南京尸横遍地，流成河，全城三分之一以上的房子被烧毁。南京大屠是历史上最野蛮、最可耻的`暴行。下午去故宫，作为中华上下五千年文化集中体现，故宫在明、清代皇宫及其藏的基础上建立起来的古代文化综合博物馆。来到这里，你会作为华夏子孙的自豪与骄傲。
第三天，我们去中国科技馆，科技馆里许多玩的例如：空中自行车、太空漫步等好玩游戏。科技馆有三层；第一层生命奥秘，第二层探索奥秘，第三层挑战奥秘。下午去长城，长城是中华文明的瑰宝，是世界文化遗产之一，是劳动人民的肉之躯修筑成的，更是中华民族象征。去参观清华大学，清华大学是许多学子们向往与追求的地方，是中国杰出的百年名校，以“自强不息，厚德载物”为校训。
第四天，我们3点前往******广场看升旗仪式，我看见广场上人山人海，当国旗缓缓上升我感到激动自豪。吃过早餐，我们去体育学校训练，本次训练要让我们知道在生活中和学习中碰到问题要男女同学要互相帮忙。下午去北京大学，北京大学作为中国“新文化运动”与“五四运动”等运动中心地。其兼并蓄的文化氛国吸引着许多学子们。
第五天，也是我们留在北京最后一天，我们去参观奥林匹克公园。眼前，是鸟巢和水立方，见证中国在不断走开放的历史进程。下午，去国家大剧院，剧院外表特别、内在艺术气息，没有一位客人没有被这种气息吸引。晚上，我们恋恋不舍离开这美丽的首都、繁华的首都。
