时间的脚步走得飞快，转眼间，我们已经站在羊年的门槛上。随着羊年的临近，年味渐浓。在乡下，打年糕是每家每户过年的习俗之一。今年，我有幸和爷爷奶奶一起打年糕。打年糕要分几个步骤，听我一一道来。
第一步：装米粉
在打年糕的前一天，爷爷就已经把糯米碾成了糯米粉，并且准备好了蒸笼。打年糕开始了！奶奶先在蒸笼上铺上了一层布，然后，拿起碗舀了满满一碗米粉，倒入了蒸笼里，再把它弄弄平。每个蒸笼里要倒四五碗米粉。
第二步：蒸米粉
在蒸米粉之前，先要把大锅里的水烧开，然后把蒸笼放到大锅上。再在蒸笼四周，围一圈草绳。奶奶把火烧得很旺，这样，米粉很快就蒸熟了，颜色从白色变成了米色。
第三步：打年糕
奶奶把蒸熟的米粉放到桌子上，爷爷拎起那块布的四个角，用力一翻，把米粉翻到了桌子上。爷爷把那团米粉揉来揉去，揉得均匀一些。然后，爷爷把米粉分成两半，一半给我。我学着爷爷的样子在桌子上揉起来，左揉揉，右揉揉，前揉揉，后揉揉。米粉被我揉得很有韧性了，已经变成了年糕。我又学着爷爷的样子，把圆圆的年糕压成扁扁的，年糕就这样打好了。
第四步：装饰、点花
我们把做好的年糕放到匾里。奶奶又拿小一点的年糕做出了鸡、鱼、元宝。一块年糕上，中间是鱼，两边是元宝，另一块年糕上，中间是鸡，两边也是元宝。这两块年糕是用来过年的。其他的年糕上就不用做东西了。奶奶又教我点花，用几根稻草做成的花，蘸上红色的颜料，点在年糕上就可以了。
我和爷爷奶奶通力合作，终于把年糕打好了。在打年糕的间隙，我还吃了个打糕圆子，中间放了白糖，味道真不错！
