到了晚上的时候，我发现了饭桌上多了一道菜：煎焖子。经过我这几年的观察，我发现了年年的“二月二”，饭桌上都会有这么一道菜，我问了问姥爷，为什么“二月二”这天要吃焖子呀？姥爷告诉我，这个煎焖子呀，又叫做煎龙鳞。这个焖子是用团粉熬成的，里面还可以加绿豆粉。这种焖子熬好后非常漂亮，颜色洁白；之后，要把这个焖子捞上来，晾晒，晾干了之后，这个焖子是灰色的。等到这个焖子晒好之后，再把它切成一块一块的，放到油锅里面煎，见到两面金黄时，就可以出锅了。我点了点头，夹起一块尝了尝，味道不错！
在饭桌上，还会出现这一样食品，炸糕。这个炸糕味道也很好，同样，也不是今年第一年上桌了。姥姥告诉我，这个炸糕，人们管它叫做炸龙胆，吃这些东西，都为图个吉利！我点了点头，收获了好多知识！

在我们的家乡，二月二的早晨，要吃面条，那是龙须面。庆祝龙起蛰。到了冬天，我们的祖先认为龙下蛰了，也就是冬眠。这与二十四节气的惊蛰相似。二月二前后，也是惊蛰。天气回暖，雨水多了起来。
为了龙抬头，二月二的早晨，是不能动刀的，头一天的晚上，把面条擀好，切好。把吃面条的卤子用的肉，菜，葱姜调料切好，到了二月二的早晨，就不用动刀了，以免用刀伤了龙头。
在我们的家乡，二月二的早晨，还有打囤子的习惯。囤子就是过去盛粮食的粮囤。在过去是用树枝的枝条变成，直径1.5米左右，不到一米高，里面用泥巴糊好，用它装粮食。
二月二的早晨，天刚蒙蒙亮，人们在太阳没有出来的时候，从自己家里的锅灶里扒出做饭时烧庄稼秸秆的灰，在院子里做成粮囤的图案，就是打囤子。一般人家打好几个囤子，在院子的大门口，胡同里也有打囤子的。打完了囤子，在囤子的中央放上几把粮食，预祝今年的好收成。
现在的农家，早已看不到盛粮食的囤子了，那些用树枝枝头变成的囤子，在上世纪70年代烧火做饭用了，因为占地方太多，不防鼠又不防潮，人们用水泥做成缸，水泥做成的缸虽然防鼠，不能防潮，在后来，人们用上了博山缸，是淄博烧制的，防鼠防潮。今天，用的也很少了，农户基本不储存粮食了，收了粮食以后，留足一年的口粮，剩下的卖给了粮食贩子，然后进入了国家粮食储备库。
粮囤虽然退出来历史舞台，但是，每逢二月二打囤子的习俗一直延续至今。
早晨，听着此起彼伏的鞭炮声，庆祝二月二龙抬头的时候到了，家家户户在院子里打起了囤子，今年，一定风调雨顺，五谷丰登。
