我非常爱吃土豆，不管怎么吃，我都吃不腻。
土豆大多是扁圆形的，外面有一层薄薄的土黄色的皮，皮上还有一个个小小的坑儿，如果放久了，有的小坑还会长出小芽来。我不知道这些小坑和小芽是用来干什么的，就去问爷爷。爷爷说：“这些小芽是土豆的胚芽，春天，把带小芽的土豆快种在土里，能长出土豆秧呢。”“它会开花吗？”我好奇地追问，“花落了，可以像苹果树那样长成土豆树吗？”“土豆秧长高了回开出白色或紫色的小花。”爷爷认真地回答，“花落了，土豆秧会长成小树的。”“会在树上结小土豆的果实吗？”我焦急地问。“土豆不是结在树上的，而是埋在地下的，而且它也不是果实，是长在地下的块茎。”爷爷说。听了爷爷的话，这小小的土豆竟有这么大的学问，我更喜爱土豆了。
我爱吃奶奶做的“肉片土豆丁”，鲜嫩的肉片，金黄的土豆丁，加上几片翠绿的青椒，真漂亮。土豆丁软软的、咸咸的'、香喷喷，真好吃。奶奶说：“你只知道土豆好吃，知不知道它的营养价值呢？”我摇摇头，奶奶告诉我：“500克的土豆的营养价值大约相当于1500克的苹果，土豆所含的各种维生素及矿物质不但对健康有益，而且不用担心脂肪过多，因为它只含0。1%的脂肪，是其他蔬菜没有的。”
原来土豆不仅好吃，还有那么多营养啊！我一定要多吃土豆。
