W连忙上前问道：“原来九大行星中排行老大的你，今天怎么也会落到这种地步?”地球叹了一口气，伤心地诉说着：“20世纪以来，人们大量砍伐森林，草原过度放牧，海水的污染，使二氧化碳的能力降低了。相反，大工业的发展，成千上万辆汽车尾气的排放，使大气中的二氧化碳迅速增长，太阳光直接照射进来，我身体表面的热量散发不到宇宙中去，我简直成了一个大暖房了。”
外星人W听了以后，同情地安慰道：“朋友，你别难过，我来给你降降温。”谁知地球越说越伤心：“你可知道，我受的折磨还不止这些呢，那些无知的人们，把我当成了永远填不满的大垃圾桶，大量的垃圾源源不断地向我肚子里倒，哎，我实在是受不了!”“是呀，地球人太过分了，我们星球上的那些人可不这样，他们非常珍惜我们的生命。”外星人忿忿地说。突然，远处传来了嘀嘀、叭叭…...一片嘈杂的声音。外星人惊奇地问：“这是什么声音?”“还不是那些让人讨厌的噪音，它们的队伍越来越大，伤害着人们的听力，影响人的神经，妨碍人的消化系统和液循环系统。”

地球无可奈何地说：“我也没有什么办法，再这样下去，我也将毁灭。”外星人说：“朋友们，我们光唉声叹气是没用的，为了你们的身体健康，为了人类的生存，我们只有一起行动起来，劝说人类，共同制止新悲剧的发生。”
