英语作文冬天长跑【一】
首先，我们来到学校的小广场聚集，同学们个个精神抖擞，盛气凌人。然后是蓝副校长对本次长跑进行演讲，蓝副校长对我们的安全方面进行了重点的说明，并强调我们要注意安全，不要掉队或走到外面去了。接下来，我们全体老师和同学都做了准备运动，期待着长跑的到来。“现在，我宣布：冬季长跑正式开始，由六年级的同学带队。”听到了这个消息，同学们充满了向往与期待。
一开始，同学们迈着整齐的步伐，有节奏地跑着，但过了不久，同学们都感到体力不支，看来同学们平时很少锻炼啊！尽管是在冬天，但太阳公公早早地就挂在了那蓝蓝的'天空中。同学们个个都累地气喘吁吁，又是喘气又是擦汗的，长龙般的队伍也变的七零八乱，杂乱无章了。我的心跳也明显加快了，豆大的汗珠从脸上流下，我的脸也变得通红通红的，觉得根本跑不动了，又因为是带队的，我只好使劲全力。但我跑到一半，快累得趴下时，我不禁想起了红军，是啊，他们可曾行过两万五千里呢！于是，我振起精神，马上全身充满了力量，竭尽全力跑了起来。我觉得之前漫不经心，毫不在意这次长跑的行为是非常不应该的，学校特意地举办这次活动，我们要认真地去对待与完成。不一会儿，同学们都意识到了这点，便提起精神，在大声喊着口令：“一二三四，一二三四……”很快，队伍又变地整齐而又有序，整个队伍看起来就像一支軍队。功夫不负有心人，终于，我们此次的冬季长跑圆满结束了，校长对我们此次的冬季长跑进行了点评，希望我们下次能做得更好。这次长跑虽然很累，但是我收获了许多，长跑能够磨练我们的意志，锻炼我们的身体，加强我们的体质。从这次长跑后，我喜欢上了运动，运动——就是我生活的一部分了。
所有的运动换来的是我们强健的体魄，所有的汗水换来的是我们的付出。当我们认真投入之后，我们会在粗喘的长跑里渐渐变得运气自如，会在运动的同时渐渐露出阳光的笑脸，在晨光的沐浴下，我们犹如那绽放如火的青春。
