国际大学生英语作文挑战赛【一】
如今的世界越来越像一个小村落，孩子们成长在经济全球化、文化多元化、信息爆炸化的当下，他们未来要面对的是一个环境更加复杂更加多元、国际联系更为紧密的世界。很庆幸我的孩子走进了外小，外小培养“具有民族灵魂、国际情怀、素质全面的现代学子”的教育理念贯穿于教学、管理、日常生活的方方面面。
这个中秋节在热闹的家庭聚会之余，我认真阅读了外小相关课题组编写的《走向非洲，走向大洋洲》国际理解教育读本，没读几页，马上被书中丰富的知识点、多彩的插图、趣意盎然的.描述所吸引，印象中风沙弥漫的埃及逐渐揭开了神秘的面纱，广袤的非洲大草原似乎也在向我招手，五彩斑斓的大洋洲，风情各异的海洋与岛屿正款款走来。除了介绍自然景观，对人文环境的关注、与中国关系的概述、孩子兴趣点的关联都让我对编写组的用心精心深感敬佩！难怪我家小子也爱不释手。
儿子从小对地理天文知识甚感兴趣，家里的地球仪、世界地图、中国地图早从幼儿园就一直相伴成长，七大洲四大洋也能略知一二，在对这些知识的涉猎中，孩子逐渐知道了他所在的地球有多大，中国和世界是什么关系，很大程度上激发了孩子主动的求知和出行。每个暑假因为工作便利也会精心选择几个地方带孩子实地探索，在行万里路中长知识、立志向、炼品质。
我相信在脚所能至的地方，要先用心去到达，用脑去想象。感谢外小，感谢这么好的读本，让我们的心和脑先做了一次旅行！
