亲爱的家长朋友：
周末好！
转眼间上课一周整了，本学期在班级管理上，我沿用了去年的管理方法，同时增加了新的尝试。相信孩子们都与你们有过交流。
周一那天没有上课，上午发新书、全班投票组长人选，中午涵校、小小、昱松加班统计票数。下午一上课，十个组长名单就产生了，他们分别是：小小、天睿、意超、涵校、子悦、楚岩、西川、昱松、昕妤、欣贝。这些孩子当选都在我意料之中，也是众望所归。今年的组长任务繁重，不仅要身先垂范，还要带领组员争先创优。组长选组员，并安排组员座位是今年新创。所以周一下午是我见过的班级里气氛最凝重的一个下午，全班都屏息凝神等待组长的垂帘。选到的长舒一口气，还未选上的咧嘴皱眉、提心吊胆。可见，孩子们都有强烈的归属感，这真是件好事。
本学期的座位将实行大循环，第一周由组长定本组队员座位，每周二班会课往后、往左移动。这样每个人都会轮到任何一个位置上。但也有例外，如果你在本组表现不好，组长和全体组员商量后可以限制你的轮换权。所以，请珍惜你在每组的权利。
本学期的各司其职更加详细化，76位同学共有近90个岗位，部分同学身兼几职。具体分配已由天睿妈帮忙打印贴在教室里了。许多孩子常忘记自己的职责，一周都未做一次，任务虽简单，可简单的事天天做就不简单。希望从各司其职中能培养出孩子们持之以恒的'性格。
还有很多奖惩制度在这就不一一赘述了，班会课时都和孩子们达成了一致。总之一句话，不管你的昨天怎样，只要本学期你勤学上进，就有机会获得奖励，就有机会为本组争光。
最后得说说学习问题。五年级了，如果不努力，成绩上两级分化将会更加严重。如果你不想让孩子落后，请家长首先做出努力，你的表率将直接影响孩子。其次再聪明的孩子也要懂得上课认真听讲以及认真完成作业的重要性。家长有没有发现，孩子作业错的多，考试必然错的多。不要再找粗心的借口了，粗心就是知识点没掌握。语文反复强调课外阅读，上次语文课也与孩子们交流过，不爱看书的孩子，家长不妨从订杂志开始，一月一本两本，杂志里的文字短小精悍，配图精美，内容多样，或许就是开启孩子阅读的金钥匙。

寒假结束了，迎来的将是有一个学期的学校生活。
开学后的第一周学校生活结束了，让我总结一下这一周发生的事吧。
最令我高兴的事是能见到好久不见的同学们。开学第一天时，大家一个月未见的心情终于释放。同学们一个个热情地打招呼，互相说笑，畅叙假期的有趣生活，整个教室里充满了温暖、快乐、和谐的美好气氛。
体育课也开始玩扔沙包。我作为躲沙包的一员，当然要竭力帮助队友。我做到了这一点。四局下来，我救了5个队友。我反应也很快，丢沙包的同学想打中我没那么容易。四节体育课，我只被打下去过一次。我不光躲的时候快，丢沙包的效率也很高。有时轮到我丢沙包，结果我扔了四次，打下去了四个人。
我们还进行了座位调换。这一次调换位置，一组与二组换优秀作文 专注写作 ，三组与四组换。其他没有什么大的变动。刘昭赛做到了第五排上，离开了班里最特别的座位：VIP专座。我高兴的是，我被调到三组后，到了中间位置，再也不用怕老师写字太靠左边或者右边了。
