时间在你不注意的时候匆匆过去了;时间在我们调皮玩耍的时候，悄悄溜走了;时间在我们正在为一件小事生气的时候，倏忽飞逝了……时间一分一秒地在我们的指尖划过，我们的时间是有限的，趁我们现在还小，一定要努力学习，掌握更多的知识，学习更多的技能，免得将来慨叹“黑发不知勤学早，白首方悔读书迟”。我们这个年龄，没有能力做大事情，唯一能做的就是给自己补充更多的知识，以待将来用于奉献社会。

原来乐乐在放学的路上又蹦又跳，丝毫没有在意时间的流逝。忽然，他走进了一条姐姐榛榛走过的胡同，他正准备转身继续走的时候，发现后面站着一位老人。“我是你的时间老人，因为你浪费时间，所以我变老了。而你的姐姐榛榛却是个珍惜时间的'好孩子，她的时间神是一位美丽可爱的小姑娘。如果你现在改正了，我还会变成一位年轻的小伙子，如不改，后果不堪设想，还会折寿哦，自己考虑一下吧！”时间老人抚摸着乐乐的头，语重心长地说。
刚说完，时间老人消失了。乐乐似懂非懂地点了点头。回到家，见爸爸妈妈那么着急地样子，十分愧疚。鼓起勇气，走上前去，低着头，说：“爸爸……妈…妈，对…。不…。起。”爸爸妈妈没说什么，挥了挥手，乐乐知道爸爸妈妈是叫他回去写作业。他回到书房，向姐姐说了经过，姐姐张大嘴，惊讶极了，也向弟弟说了她今天的经历。他们讨论了一会儿，知道时间神是想让姐姐更加珍惜时间，让弟弟开始爱惜时间，不然，后果是不堪设想的。弟弟便马上开始做作业，姐姐又开始了看书读报，大家都在把握住生命中的每一分，每一秒。
