没办法，师命难违。放了学，我只好极不情愿地从卧室里拿出袜子，把盆子放在拧开的水龙头下面便去找洗衣粉。
当我费了九牛二虎之力找到洗衣粉之后，院子里已经发起了“洪水”，我吓呆了，丢下洗衣粉便去“抗洪救灾”，生怕妈妈回来看见又得“河东狮吼”。
五分钟以后，当我把地面上的\'水收拾好，垂头丧气地去找洗衣粉，却差点没让我晕过去：洗衣粉竟然被我撒了一地。我手忙脚乱地把洗衣粉扫进垃圾桶里，不然让妈妈看见又得骂我是败家子。
终于可以开始洗袜子了，我往水里倒了点洗衣粉，用手弄出泡沫，把我的臭袜子放进水里，浸泡了大概十分钟，就开始搓洗起来，可袜头和袜脚太脏了，怎么也搓不干净，我只得又在上面撒了点洗衣粉，直到搓出白色的泡沫。
我把袜子放到水龙头下冲洗，不一会，脏兮兮的袜子就干净了，还散发出一股洗衣粉特有的清香呢。我把袜子拧干，用夹子夹起来晾在了凉台上。
收工了！我这才觉得嗓子干得冒烟。嗨！洗袜子还真不容易呀！

小白将身上用毛巾擦了擦，把洗好的东西晒在的门口的铁丝上，看着袜子随风摆动。她笑了。
