我国的德育教育起步较晚, 在教学研究方面仍存在不足之处, 小学生对德育方面的学习没有一个较为完整且清晰的概念, 教学效果也难以令人满意。
现阶段的问题主要有三点:首先, 教师德育教育的教学观念陈旧, 没有与时俱进地更新个人的教学方式, 对于德育教学的`认知有一定的不足, 导致教学成果不显着。其次, 师资力量不足, 缺少专业的德育教育教师, 大部分的德育教育课程都是语文老师或其他学科老师兼顾。最后, 教师的教学方式过于刻板陈旧, 往往只是通过枯燥的个人讲解来传授知识, 忽视学生的心理状态, 单方面传授大道理, 无法激发学生的学习热情。

??德学堂观后感 300字上周，我们利用午自习的`时间上了一节道德教育课。
前一天，老师发给我们一张纸条，老师说要把它们背下来，至今，有一句话使我记忆犹新，这句话是：“被人关爱是一种美好的享受，关爱他人是一种美好的品德。”所以我们一定要关爱他人，帮助他人。随着主持人那声如洪钟的声音请上来了两位互助的同学，他们俩互相学习，互相帮助，共同学习，共同进步。这也让我想到了一句口号：我们要做具有国际素养的新一代少年，学校开展高效课堂很久了，这不但让我增长了知识，又可以和同学们分享自己的感受，不一会儿，道德学堂结束了。
通过这次道德学堂的教育，使我深深地到，我要关爱他人，帮助他人。比如有一位老奶奶过马路，有许多车辆车来车往，我如果看见，就会搀扶老奶奶过马路，老奶奶对我说一声谢谢或对我微笑，我心里就会温暖许多许多。雷锋叔叔说过这样一句话：“帮助别人，快乐自己！”所以我们要向雷锋叔叔学习，在生活和学习中去关心他人，帮助他人做一个对社会有用的人。
