However, I prefer to regard her as my friend rather than desk mate. We communicate with each other frequently after class. We discuss our study as well as share our lives. She is desperately interested in playing badminton, so do I. We would play badminton very Friday after class, which helps us relax ourselves as well build our body. 每个家都有属于自己家的家风、家规、家训，要说起我家的家风、家规、家训，那可就要跟我小时候的几件事有关了。
从我懂事起，妈妈就告诉我做人的道理，首先要勤学，意思就是要好学，奋发学习;其次是上进，要不断地上进，用自己的实际行动证明，我能行;然后是诚实，不诚实的人，哪会让别人信任你，依赖你呢;最后是善良，没有一颗善良的心，只有一颗狭隘的心，怎么为别人着想?怎么会在别人有困难时去帮助他呢?
五岁时，我就可以做任何我想做的事情了。但是吃饭很挑食，不是挑肉就是挑菜，而且还常常剩饭。并且我洗手时，每次洗一次，就要浪费半盆水，洗完后水龙头也不关，白
白浪费了很多水。妈妈知道了我这两个不好的习惯以后，对我说：“勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德，所以以后就不要再挑食了，而且也不要再剩饭了，并且要节约水资源。”从那一刻起，我知道了要“勤俭节约”。
过年时，我到爷爷家去拜年。向爷爷说了声“新年快乐”。爷爷从口袋里掏出了一个红包，放在我手上，并语重心长地对我说：“孙女啊!你已经六岁了，明年你就要上一年级了。我要告诉你三句话，第一句话是尊敬长辈，无论你将来走到了哪儿，你看到长辈都要有礼貌，尊敬长辈;第二句话是孝顺父母，父母将你带到了世上，并养育了你。长大你一定要报答他们，孝顺他们;第三句话是自强自立，将来你无论做什么工作，都不要依赖别人，靠着自己的实力工作，还要安于现状，勤奋进取。这就是我对你的期望，希望你时时刻刻地记住。”
