在升华这一人生哲理时，吴甘霖说：很多人总是抱怨世界太小，无处施展自己的才华。其实并不是世界太小，而是我们将自己看得太大。当心中装满了自己，就不会有别人的地方，世界当然就会很小。而将自己放小，所有的人和事都能容下，世界自然就会变大。
作者以一个小故事作为新书《空杯心态》的架构基础：小孩因为在花瓶中抓着五分硬币不肯放手，被卡在瓶中，哇哇大哭，致使价值3万元的名贵花瓶被迫砸碎。小孩说：“我怕松手，就再也抓不住那五分钱了”。大人们，往往也会陷入同样困境：放不下自己的身段，而失去了更大的发展。
什么是空杯心态？有一个学者向禅师来问禅。学者喋喋不休，而禅师无语，只是默默地以茶相待。禅师将茶水倒入学者眼前的杯子，满了也不停下来，继续倒，茶水流到桌面上。学者慌乱地说：“不要再倒了！“禅师说：“你就像这只杯子，装满了自己的想法与看法。如果你不先把杯子倒空，我怎么跟你讲禅”意思是在于人不要因一点成绩而产生的骄傲浮躁，而要多以“零起点”的心态面对世事。所以，如果你把拥有的成功紧紧握在手掌心里，那么，你就失去了拥有其他成功的机会；当你把已经取得的成功放下，这时，整个世界都有机会进入你的掌握之中。
空杯心态是一种境界。吴甘霖在《空杯心态》中畅谈“空杯心态”是现今艰难就业与创业征途中走向胜利的法宝，他总结说，大有成者都是主动空杯的人。成功人士因为拥有空杯心态，他们总能轻装上阵，从而战无不胜。拥有空杯心态的人，才能认识到，曾经的鲜花和掌声不能决定你的现在，更不能决定你的未来。
“胜不骄，败不馁”。文中以众多的事例讲述了这个道理，上至总统下至员工，囊括了许多行业的成功者，证明了他们的一个共同经验，任何时候都要有“平常心”和“归零心态”。我十分认同作者这个观点，就一个人而言，无论是就业还是创业都要有这种心态，否则就根本无法持续发展，中国的企业家身上都有一种陋习，一但有钱，就坐奔驰，吃豪宴，讲地位，开始养尊处优，大手挥霍了，从此再也不坐公交车，地铁，远离群众，而后企业就开始走下坡路，直至消失。这样的例子，身边处处都是。“胜不骄，败不馁”是我们祖先留下来的至理名言，但做起来确实不是那么容易的。

* 老虎是国家保护动物，目前数量日趋减少，只有四百只左右;
* 其原因是有人为了赚钱，滥捕滥;森林的大量砍伐，破坏了老虎生存的环境;

* 希望大家一起努力，创造一个人类和动物共存的幸福家园。

Now I want to tell you something about wild animals。There are a lot of wild animals living on the same earth with us。They are our friends and neighbors。However，some of them are dying out everyday because of the damages we humans have been doing to the environment。And the situation is still going worse and worse。For one thing，someone killed the tigers and sold their skins to make money。They must be punished。I think we should all be responsible for that and realize that it is our everyone's duty to protect the wild animals。They have their right to live just as our human beings。We should treat them with love and care，respect the law of nature and share the same land with them!Let try our best to make a happy home for human beings and animals。

As is often read in the newspaper reports， wild life especially the rare species is threatened with extinction。 Human beings are XXX attempts to hunt wild animals for a big profit。， which， of course， results in a sharp decrease in the number of animals。 So it is high time for us to take quick action to protect them。 First of all， it's quite necessary for every citizen to realize the importance of animal protection。 Only by knowing its importance can people develop a sense of responsibility。 People will surely take it for granted to have the duty to prevent any killing of wild animals。 So a national publicity campaign should be launched， thus giving animals a good living environment。 In addition， the government should pass some laws to forbid any hunting of rare animals。 We don't expect anything harmful to wild life to happen again。
If everyone is involved in the protection of wild life， we're sure man will be a good friend of animals rather than their enemy。

今夜，月光如水诗人望见明月立刻想到远在天边的人此时此刻正与他一同仰望着皎洁的.明月。有着怀远之情的人，难免终夜思念她人，彻夜不眠。诗人身居家内，既使将那烛光吹灭，望着明月，月光洒满了整个屋子，坡上蓑衣出门散心看见，见那晶莹是透前塞水治在身上，月华如练，使诗人益加陶醉其中。是此之美境，忽然作者想到月光虽美，却不能采撷以赠那远方之人，倒不如回屋寻个美梦，或并可以在梦中得到欢愉的约会。
本诗 “朴素自然 情致委婉。”诗人从“望月”赵能的不言怀运”，将望月”与“怀远”有机地融合，酣畅外高地表达了对远方之人的思念。拳师吧明月写的明媚皎洁，充满柔情，把思念之情写的真挚，委婉连绵不断。
做人，要在估计中保有铮铮铁骨和博大的胸襟。张九龄是唐玄宗时代卓有名誉的宰相，敢于直谏，后受权臣排挤而被贬。但他不怨天尤人，保持博大的胸襟，令人敬仰。
海上生明月，天涯其此时。
情人怨遥夜，竟夕起相思。
灭烛怜光满，披衣觉露滋。
不堪盈手赠，还寝梦佳期。

我们今天踢得是第五场，要争夺冠亚军。我们的`对手是农科路小学，是最厉害的一队。给前几次一样，校长、主任都来了，而且这次我看到，所有的教练，还有几位我不认识的老师也都来了。所有的家长，因为不认他们进入校园，也都在校外的围墙上，趴着看我们的这次比赛呢。我们的压力很大。比赛开始了，由于我们自己的压力很大，对方的实力太强。我们还是打输了这场比赛，最后我们1:6彻底的输了。下场后教练走到我们身边，我们都低着头，没有一个人说话，都等着教练训人呢。这时教练说没事，去年你们才拿到第六名，今年拿了第二名，已经很不错了。这时我们才抬起头，脸上有了点笑容。突然我们有的队员说，他们有几个比我们大的队员，杨教练看了看我们说:你们已经很不错了。
比赛结束了，我们却还是都不太开心，我希望明年的比赛，我们能夺得第一。
