终于，球到我方队员手中了。我迅速地防住对方的一名球员，视线就一直在球和那名球员之间徘徊。突然，球横空飞来，我伸手一捞，哈！拿到了，我赶紧把球运出了三分线——不好，对方的一名球员要来抢，我一个转身绕过了他，随即又来了一个三步，哎呀，没进。篮板也让对方抢去了，我只能挡在了拿球的对手面前，他想来一个左突右闪，没闪过，又想直接投篮，我奋力一跳，用手一压，盖帽成功。我又冲进内线，想投个三步，可有人要盖我，我灵机一动，一转身，把球传给了队友，他再投一个三分，球进了！
我爱篮球，也感谢学校能给我们开放这么一个平台，使我们多方面发展。

一开始，我们先要做热身运动——跑步。这次的跑步和以前有点不一样，以前是带着篮球跑5圈，而今天是快跑1000米。听到这句，我吓得魂飞魄散，不知道自己能不能坚持下来。
跑完步后，我们所有人都气喘吁吁。我却欣喜地发现，原来觉得做不到的事情，挺一挺，竟然做到了。
接着，顾老师又让我们打比赛。他很严肃地说：“我们篮球队已经训练了一段时间了，今天我们采用分成两队比赛的形式进行训练，这叫以赛促练。”最后又提高嗓门大声喊：“同学们有没有信心？”我们大声回答：“有！”一个个摩拳擦掌，已经准备好了“对战”。
比赛开始，我们都像老虎一样跑向对面。我跑去底线接应，突然一个球飞了过来，我接住了，顺势一投，唉，没进去。这时，我方的顾秋杨以个子高的优势来了个空中补篮，球进了！我们两个激动得相互击掌。
打到下半场中间时段，比分是8：10。我们一方是8分，比分暂时落后。我心里那个急啊：“球啊球，赶快飞到我手里来吧！”容不得我多想，顾秋杨接到了球，我们一个劲地猛跑，所有的人都上去抢球。我在旁边浑水摸鱼，球滚到了我的手上，顺势一个投篮，嘿，球进了！我高兴得又蹦又跳。突然，我没站稳，来了一个“飘移”，屁股都摔成了两半。朱昊天在旁边哈哈大笑。这真是标准的乐极生悲啊。
然而，我发现对面已经发起了猛攻，便带着伤回去防守。当我回去时，看见没有人接应，便以迅雷不及掩耳势跑上去接应，果然他传给了我，我和朱昊天用“飞速传球”直冲对面老巢，来了个三步上篮，球进了，我们胜利了。
这真是一堂特别的`篮球训练课。平时的队友成了对手。我方的胜利一波三折，来得太不容易。顾老师的确厉害，通过这次比赛，我和小伙伴们都感觉自己无论是心理还是球技都长进了不少。
