我的心情一天一天低落下来，妈妈看出了其中的端倪，便提出要带我出去买衣服。逛了许多家店，终于在一家不起眼的小店里看中了一件外套，可是价格，却不在我们的承受范围之内。我丧气地低下头：这回，要无功而返了吗？这时，妈妈突然牵起我的手，郑重地对我说：“孩子，你听我说。其实你心里的想法我都知道，但是你要明白，自信才是美啊。你只不过遇到了一点儿小困难，你就要认输了吗？或许在你眼中，别人的光鲜亮丽让你无法接受，但是穿过乌云的阳光更绚丽。你只有鼓起勇气，相信自己，才能驱散乌云，看到那永恒的光明呀！”
“妈妈，对不起。”我抽泣地低下头，“傻孩子！”妈妈把我拥进了怀里。
最后，妈妈还是买下了那件外套。
如今的`我，已经是一名初中生了。我不再懦弱，不再自卑。因为从妈妈说过那段话以后，我开始练习微笑，我开始学会接纳别人。当同学换上新装时，我会由衷地赞美一句；当别人受到委屈时，我会递上一张餐巾纸；当有人不小心伤害我时，我会尝试去包容他………
