土豆的营养富含丰富的维生素，钙钾微量元素，容易消化吸收，富含大量的蛋白质，B族维生素，维生素C，促进脾胃消化，还有大量膳食纤维，宽肠通便，代谢毒素，预防心管脂肪沉积，保持管弹性，预防动脉粥样硬化，钾能将体内钠排除体外，利用消水肿。

今天上午，妈妈买来了两块有肥有精的肉，说中午要给我烧红烧肉！万岁，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。
白白的肥肉，粉红的精肉，看得我都快流口水了。妈妈开始烧肉了，我站在旁边看着，不停地问：“还有多久啊？”妈妈终于不耐烦了，让我先下楼玩。“我回来了！”一进门，我就闻到了一股红烧肉香香的味道。可红烧肉还在锅里呢！我越闻越馋，最后忍不住问：“我能先吃一块吗？”“还没熟呢！”妈妈回答。哎，熟都没熟，更加说吃了。
我只好把自己关在房间里看书，省得那诱人的香味再飘进我的鼻子里。
“吃饭啦！”这声音像是发令枪似的，我像一支离弦的箭，飞奔了出去。哇，远远的，我就看见桌子上那诱人的红烧肉。我冲到桌前，抓起筷子，立马夹起一块红烧肉放入嘴中。哇，轻轻一咬，香气四溢，软软的，糯糯的，还有肉皮是QQ的。“太好吃了！”我嘴里咬着一块肉，叫着，“It looks good, smells good and tastes good!”我对着这盘红烧肉，连连竖起了大拇指。
我连着吃了六七块，要不是妈妈拦着，那一整盘红烧肉就一个接一个地蹦到我嘴里了。
“妈妈，你看，还有那么多，你就再让我吃两块嘛！”“晚上吃！”哎，只有等那餐美味的晚饭了。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

今天爸爸要烧了红烧肉，要知道，我是特别喜欢吃肉的，除了咸肉，酱油肉……
开始，谁知爸爸耍无赖，罢工了，只有我自己烧了。
开始行动了，我先把肉洗干净，再把肉切成块，菜切成小段。一切准备就绪，接下来就是加工了。我先炒青菜，在锅了倒入些油，加热后再小心翼翼地把肉倒进锅里翻炒，最后加入盐、味精、白糖拌匀出锅，（其实，我真得不会烧，平时只吃过爸爸烧的红烧肉，看了的做法，请别见笑。）这样这盘“红烧肉”也出锅了。情不自禁夹起一块全是瘦肉的红烧肉，就迫不及待地塞进嘴里嚼起来，真的太香了！
红烧肉的主材是五花肉，而且还得是连皮带肉、肥瘦掺杂的那种，因为正宗的红烧肉味道好就好在猪皮和肥肉的浓而不腻。外公的红烧肉入口一块，乍觉甜爽，牙齿嚼下时，肉的芳香顿时在口腔中爆破，而且肥肉决不腻。
我吃到现在从来没吃过烧的比爸爸烧的更好吃的红烧肉，也不曾见过比爸爸烧的更吸引人的红烧肉。或许这是一种情结吧！情是真情，爱是真爱，只有加入了真情真爱的红烧肉才能让我驻留在这充满了爱的红烧肉之中吧。

糖醋排骨不仅香味浓，而且味道也好。
吃糖醋排骨时，我先闻一闻香气，然后将一块浸透了糖醋的排骨放入口中，一口咬下去，肉里的汤汁溢满了嘴巴，接着细细地咀嚼，可以清楚的感觉到它汤浓浓的甜味和它肉质的肥而不腻，吃一口真是令人回味无穷。

我最喜欢吃的就是红烧肉了，因为妈妈是做这道菜的高手。当然喽，“强将手下无弱兵”，我自然也成了做红烧肉的.“高才生”了。
这不，今天就该轮到我掌勺了。吃完早饭，我就来到了菜市场。来到卖肉的摊点，我左瞧瞧，右看看，卖肉的师傅也情不自禁地问了起来：“小朋友，买肉吗？”我回答：“嗯，五花肉，十二元一斤，卖不卖？”经过我的一番口舌，师傅终于答应了。我拧着一块上等的五花肉回到了家里。
我先把肉用清水洗干净，切成块，放入菊花锅中，再加入水，水比肉高一指，行哩！再加入配料∶两只八角、三四片生姜、五六根葱，盖好锅盖。“啪！”随着一声响，打开煤气灶，用猛火煮，约十分钟，等锅与盖之间的缝儿冒气时，用勺将锅中的沫子撇出来，在用小火烧十分钟。等闻到肉的香味，再倒入三两冰糖，两勺老抽酱油，半勺食盐，盖好锅盖，继续用小火焖烧。不一小会，空气中散发着浓郁的肉香。再过十分钟，等汤黏稠了，关掉煤气灶，把红烧肉放进盘里，只见盘中的块块红烧肉似红玛瑙一般，红红的，闪闪发光。使人一见之下就产生想吃的。
我立马搬去给妈妈品尝，妈妈吃了一块，点点头，竖起大拇指夸道：“长江后浪推前浪，我后继有人啦！”我也迫不及待地尝了一块，嗯，真好吃，更何况这是我用我自己的汗水换来的。

今天晚上，我在咱们家“上得厅堂，下得厨房”的“厨神”老妈大人的指导下完成了一道美味的、多肉多汁的红烧肉!!作为一位“殿堂级”吃货，光会吃，不会做，no， no， no! 是不行的！所以，今天我一定要学一招绣春刀！
首先，将洗好的五花肉切成大小适中的一块块，切成的五花肉最好是肥瘦相当；接着，将五花肉放入锅中焯水，把焯水后的五花肉捞出洗净、沥水；然后，将色拉油倒入锅中，同时把事先准备好的葱、姜、八角、花椒倒入锅中，煸炒，爆出香味儿后，倒入五花肉，继续翻炒，直到五花肉的肥油在锅中发出“嗞嗞”地声音后，马上倒入一勺料酒、一勺半的酱油、半勺糖，加入少许的水，盖上锅盖焖煮10~15分钟后，先搁入少许的盐，再倒入一勺香醋，小火收汁；最后，关火装盘！
虽然在翻炒五花肉时，油溅到了我的手上，但是，只要能尝到自己做得美味的'红烧肉，我也就心满意足了！（写到这儿，我的口水又流了下来）
“上菜咯！”我把那盘点缀着胡萝卜丝的红烧肉端上了桌。爸爸妈妈都加了一块香味四溢的红烧肉，我紧张地、期待地看着他们脸上的神情，爸爸回味无穷地说：“这烧得实在是太好吃了，跟你妈烧的味道一模一样！”“没错，这红烧肉烧得色香味俱全，肥肉肥而不腻，吃一块，唇齿留香，美味极了！”妈妈说。我既兴奋又激动，说：“那我一定要学会烧更多美味的食物！把你们养成大肥猪！”“哈哈哈！”
