一百多年前，毛泽东同志曾于《新青年》杂志上发表其有关体育之见解。其中有关强弱的辩证论述，不仅充分论证了体育之功效，还引发了我们对于强弱的辩证思考。“至强者滥用其强而弱，之弱者善遇其弱而强”，从中我们不难看出：天生我材，滥用则弱，善用则强。
强弱转变是一个古老而又经典的话题。“强而弱，弱而强”的转化关系早在春秋战国时期就已经引起一大批的智者贤能的思考了。孔孙子思在中庸中便写到：“人一能之，己百之;人十能之，己千之。果能此道矣，虽愚必明，虽柔必强。”后天的努力对于人能力的塑造作用可见一斑;我们所熟知的古希腊寓言《龟兔赛跑》中的龟与兔，也是主观改变强弱的一个典型例子，寓言甚至对于强弱本身的标准，甚至都作出了新的讨论与阐释……凡此类的种种文章与论述，都有一个共同的指向：滥用则弱，善用则强。
威尔玛·鲁道夫，美国最伟大的短跑女运动员之一，拥有三金一银的奥运战绩。然而这位被称为“黑羚羊”的奥运英雄，并不是跑着长大的。威尔玛在很小的时候体弱多病，还曾罹患小儿麻痹症致左腿残疾。那时，威尔玛的左腿必须安装上支架才能行走，直至十一岁，在小威尔玛自己的坚持下，她才能勉强站立和行走。尽管左腿残疾，但是威尔玛的梦从未残缺：她梦想成为一名运动员。就这样，她一瘸一拐地与哥哥们一起打篮球，一瘸一拐地参加短跑比赛，一瘸一拐地“收获”着一个又一个最后一名……所有的训练她都比别人多做十倍，这种“人一己百”的精神让她逐渐转弱为强，16岁那年，她参加了墨尔本奥运会的女子4×100米接力，为美国获得了铜牌，此后，女子2000米世界纪录、女子200米世界纪录……她收获了无尽的成就与荣耀，那个曾经“输在了起跑线上”的.她，用努力善遇自己命运，由弱变强。而反观许多天资聪颖的孩童，有多少滥用天分，葬送了前程?在如今这个充满诱惑的社会，许多“至强者”对于良好天赋“摒弃而不用”，或是“滥用其强”，最终沦落成一个个“仲永”，被平庸所埋没，甚至居于一般人之下，这种由至强向至弱的转变，岂不发人深省?
从个人的角度看是如此，从国家发展的角度看亦如是。近代的半殖民地半封建社会令中国沦为世界弱国，在现代的发展中可谓“天生”的至弱者，可是中国人民不断拼搏，在科学理论的指导下不断探索实践，终于在社会、文化、经济、科技等各个领域逐渐赶超，迈向复兴;反观一些如美国之类的西方大国，在二战之后拥有良好的国际地位和发展基础，但是他们恃强凌弱，滥用其强大，不论对内对外都骄傲自恃，导致国家发展产生障碍，甚至发生倒退，这由强转弱的活生生的例子引人警惕。
“三分天注定，七分靠打拼”，一句闽南谚语用最朴素的方式道出了“善用则强”这个最朴实的真理。上天注定的“天材”只占三分，而那破茧成蝶的转变则需要“七分打拼”的锻炼。是以生而强者诚不必自喜，生而弱者亦无需自卑，加强后天“锻炼”，成败天未可知，我们应当努力拼搏，演绎出一个“转弱为强，强者更强”的人生故事。天生我材，滥用则弱，善用则强。

Commenting on Edward Ferrars, a potential suitor for Elinors hand, Marianne admits that while she "loves him tenderly," she finds him disappointing as a possible lover for her sister.

Tonight I watched the movie for the third time. I really enjoy this film so much.
So what＇s your choice between being a common person or a hero with people＇s reects? Most people will choose the latter. But what will be your choice if the cost is laying your lover among the risks? What will it be if the cost is you can never tell the girl, who you love so much, that you love her? The ider man had this contradiction. But finally he still chose the latter, not in order to be a hero, but to make this word peaceful.
I was so moved by the words the Aunt Mary said:
You will never guess what he wants to be, the ider man. He knows the hero when he sees one, too a few characters out there, flying all around out there, saving old girls like me. Lord knows kids like Henry need hero courageous, sacrificing for people, setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero. People enthrone them, cheer them, scream their names and years later they will tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse the one who taught them to hold on to stand longer. I believe there is a hero in all of us. They keep us be honest, give us strength, make us noble, and finally allow us to die with proud. Ever though sometimes we have to initiatively give up the thing we want most, even our dreams. Spider man did that for Henry, so he wants to know where he is gone. He needs him.
The ider man got much from these words, so did I. And what about you? what＇s the hero lying in you?
