一看，即看培训机构是否合法。要选择持有县教育科技体育局颁发的《中华人民共和国民办学校办学许可证》和市场监督管理局颁发的《营业执照》、办学行为规范、无安全隐患的校外培训机构；选择培训场所宽敞明亮、通风、光照度符合学生健康成长要求，房屋结构安全、消防通道畅通、安保人员和监控设施配备齐全等安全保障条件好的培训机构；选择收费有公示，教师有公示，从事培训的教师具有对应学科教师资格证，收费跨度不超过3个月的培训机构。
二试，即不轻信广告宣传，先让孩子试听一两节培训教师的课，若满意再签订合同、付费。要抵制诱惑，量力而行，不跨学期付费或一次性支付高额学费。
三存，即保存好维权证据，包括写明退款承诺的合同或协议，培训机构盖章或负责人签名的招生宣传资料、交费凭证等。
