当您读到这封信的时候，意味着日历被哗哗地翻到了20xx年农历新年。每到跨年的时候，豆苗计划的管理员和核心志愿者们都会聚在一起，除了回忆与大家在一起的幸福时光，还要认真回想今年做过什么，有哪些地方需要改进，新的一年还能为大家做点什么。
成都的公益氛围很浓，大大小小的公益组织估计近100家，不过只要涉及到自闭症，豆苗计划的名字没少被提起。能在大家心目中占据小小的一块位置，我们备感荣幸。豆苗计划的管理员、核心志愿者均不是全职人员，平时忙工作、忙学习，但是豆苗是大家业余时间不舍的一份“兼职”。这份“兼职”没有现金报酬，但是家长的肯定，更多志愿者的加入是难以用金钱衡量的'回报。
由于志愿者非全职，在策划户外活动时无法提前实地踩点，没有面对面沟通使合作方与豆苗对费用产生分歧，所幸合作方考虑到公益活动愿意给出最大优惠，户外活动得以顺利结束。我们深知这次户外活动做得并不妥当，今后将量力而行，在力所能及范围内办好活动，重质不盲目求量。
安全第一，是我们开展活动的头等大事。每周二晚的定期滑冰活动需要大量志愿者，但是该活动要求志愿者滑冰技术高、有耐心、能坚持3个月以上，所以招募志愿者很难，总是达不到一对一和星儿结对。希望家长谅解，在志愿者数量不够的情况下，多照顾自己的孩子。
20xx年的主题活动受场地、合作方要求的限制，多不需要志愿者，因此并没有发展新的志愿者力量。自豆苗计划成立以来，我们在豆瓣同城尽可能挖掘了各种活动资源，去年也利用微博的力量努力拓展，但在成都要开展免费、新颖的活动越来越难。
因此豆苗计划20xx年将采取“精耕细作”的策略，把活动形式由定期活动+月度主题活动改成定期活动+临时性主题活动。把过往受星儿家庭欢迎的主题活动改成定期活动，增加活动的持续性。定期活动既让家长能提前空出时间，也能培养更稳定的志愿者团队。
20xx年全年预计会有1-2次的媒体采访，我们期望通过家庭的亲身讲述唤起大众的更多关注，理解这群星星的孩子。豆苗计划也会更加注意保护星儿家庭的隐私。
