当然柳橙鸡翅的做法也不难，准备两种材料就OK了，柳橙和鸡翅，先用凉水把鸡翅洗干净，放在热水里煮一下去腥味，然后打开煤气开大火等锅冒出白烟即可倒油，接着就可以把鸡翅倒入锅中，锅中的油会马上“噼哩叭啦”的溅了起来，所以这一步要特别小心喽！一不留神，油就会飞溅到你手上，会很痛的，所以你要把火稍微关小一点，中火就行，然后用筷子把鸡翅一个个翻个身，不久，它们不会一个个变成金黄色的身子，这时就可以加些黄酒、酱油、跟少量的醋，再盖上锅焖上一会，此时，诱人的香味就会飘到满屋子都是。我迫不及待地想打开锅看看，可妈妈说带得再加入点糖跟盐继续焖2-3分钟，才可以起锅，上桌。不过起锅前，必须把新鲜的橙汁跟果粒淋在鸡翅上，那才算是一盘色、香、味俱全的家常菜就大功告成了。光听就那馋人，那尝一尝的话就更不用说了。
尝菜，是我最最期待的时刻，因为我又可以饱一饱口福啦，那富有光泽的皮咬上一口，肥而不腻，再尝一尝那鲜嫩可口的肉简直可以说“此菜只可天上有，人间能有几回尝”，再加上柳橙果粒的酸甜，那不更是无法形容。光尝尝汤汁不能让人陶醉好一会，当酸甜可口的味儿在口中慢慢地弥漫开来时，那真是“唇齿留香“呀！
记得有一次，我吃得太快了，把汤汁溅到嘴唇边，我都舍不得擦，伸长了舌头硬把它舔了个光，可见此菜有多么的好吃！柳橙鸡翅的好味道可不是我吹出来的，只是实话实说而已，如果不信的话，那就自己亲手做做尝尝看！
