In the future,all electric equipment at home is under the con-trol of computers. People can learn about the situation of the house by working on the computer at the office. No people like doing housework. Maybe each family will have a robot. Every day we can tell the robot what to do-shopping,housework and so on. believe the dream will come true some day.

午睡，为什么要午睡呢?关于午睡我们有了解多少呢?
目前好多学校都会给学生安排午睡这门课，从幼儿园到大学都有。因为我国的教育部有明确的规定，中午午睡一会可见其的重要性了吧!我们中国人古时候就有睡“子午觉”这一说。这俨然是把午睡和晚上睡觉，提到了同一个地位了。但是曾经的西方国家却不太重视午睡，现在在近些年也纷纷掀起了“午睡运动”，我查找了资料发现德国甚至将午睡写进了法律，由政府强制推行。
最好的午睡时间是从下午的1点到3点。习惯早睡早起的人，可以在1点左右开始午睡;习惯晚睡晚起的人，适合在2点半左右开始午睡。但是切记午睡不要睡太久，20-30分钟是最佳的午睡时间。如果最好不要超过45分钟，否则超过45分钟，人就进入了深睡眠，之后再醒来就会容易因为“睡眠惯性”导致醒后身体十分疲惫，迷迷糊糊的。所以午睡一定要注意时间不能多睡哦!
其实午睡还有很多好处呢?第一：午睡可以保护我们的心脏，研究人员表明：午睡可以舒缓我们的心管系统，并降低人体的紧张度;第二：午睡可以降压，如果工作压力大，会使人的压升高，午睡有助于降低压;第三：可以提高免疫力。睡个午觉可以刺激体内淋巴细胞，增强免疫细胞活跃性;第四：可以增强记忆力。研究表明午睡可以消除疲劳，增强记忆力;第五：振奋情绪，赶走抑郁。这是美国斯坦福大学医学院的一项研究发现的。
这下我想你们看完之后肯定会感到很惊讶的吧!所以中午抽出一点时间，睡个美美的午觉吧，这样我们肯定会越活越健康的。

话说：眼皮分久必合，合久必分。
昨夜因作业苦战到12点，今晚本想好好睡睡，谁知宿舍里那帮家伙又讲起鬼故事，又到了12点，我才得以“超生”。
“叮铃铃……”无情的铃声打破了校园的宁静，也打断了我的美梦。见舍友们没什么反应，我又继续美梦连续剧。哪知，宿舍管理员破我城门，连斩我猛将数员，其他人也在他的呵斥声中缴械投降。城池已破，我回天无力，也只能委曲求全，无奈地拆散眼皮夫妇，只能让他们隔眼相望，等待下次重逢。
吃完早饭，走进教室，“政治家”已经摆好阵势，开始大谈社会主义。实在是太困了，眼皮夫妇一遍遍催我让他们相会。渐渐地，渐渐地，政治家的社会主义成了催眠的魔咒，催眠着我的每一个脑细胞。终于，脑细胞抵抗不住，全军溃退，眼皮夫妇得以相见，欣喜万分，送我美梦连连。
突然，胳膊肘受到猛烈撞击，无奈撑开眼皮，一个黑影从身旁闪过——政治老师!我冲同桌抛一个“媚眼”以示感谢。然后，加固一下城防，关闭城门，确定万无一失后，继续我的美梦连续剧。
第一节课，由于早读的补睡，勉强度过，第二节课，就显得犹为困难，老师让我们先预习，我则预演睡眠。“嗵”一声闷响，我揉揉额头，这次撞击可不轻，脑门上感觉细胞伤不少。唉，可真是苦了它们了，跟错了主人，还白搭上了性命，真是“脑门不幸”啊!
中午，我本想快点做完作业继续我的美梦连续剧。哪知，今天的题目做之不易啊。午休时间到矣。睡觉，我所欲也，作业，亦我所欲也，两者不可得兼，我只有舍睡觉而取作业者也。
唉!觉到困时方恨少啊!

记得那年我七岁，上小学一年级。开学时学校给我们发了新书包，书包里应有尽有。一个文具盒里装了三支笔和一块橡皮。这三支笔分别是铅笔、黑色彩笔和自动笔。我不知道自动笔怎么用，根据字面的意思应该是一个可以自动帮你写字的东西。我们老师说那支自动笔不适合我们用，所以让我们扔了。可我还是想要自动笔，因为有了它我就不用写作业了！我求妈妈给我买，妈妈说：“自动笔和你心爱的芭比娃娃只能选一个，你选吧！”我心想：还是不写作业比较好，然后我选择了自动笔。我和妈妈来到了超市，买了自动笔。回到家，我就迫不及待的坐到学习桌旁，打开作业本，手里拿着充满神奇力量的自动笔，等待它帮我完成作业。可是等了半天它也不动，我着急的问妈妈：“妈妈，它怎么不写字呢？”
妈妈听后哈哈大笑，差一点笑破了肚皮，笑够了，就对我说：“傻孩子，它怎么可能会自动写字呢？自动笔只是为你节省了削铅笔的过程。”“哦，那我要芭比娃娃！芭比娃娃！”我大声的说。
妈妈见我哭哭啼啼的样子，再次牵着我的手走进了商店……生活是夜空，而童年是最闪耀的星星；生活是一个大花园，而童年是最美的花儿；生活是一片森林，而童年是最茁壮的一棵大树，树上的分叉就是那一件件的童年趣事！
