飞机飞往兰州，火车穿过青海，体验了感冒到高反，经历了硬座到软卧，终于到达了西藏。从火车站没有高楼大厦的城市风景映入眼帘，简单的建筑夹着一丝朴素，身着藏袍的藏民摇着转经筒，口里虔诚地念着佛经在大街上随处可见。
无边的草原
车行驶在公路上两边是一望无际的草原和山脉。看，一群牛羊，星星零零的散落在草原，在绿色之上开出了黑白的花朵：嬉闹的小羊；年轻的骏马；悠闲的老牛。惬意地闭上眼感受大自然的气息，多么美好的一幅画啊！在这自然的气息中，我感受到了城市没有的宁静，安东。我懂得了自然之美。

珠峰傲立在我面前，散发着寒冷而威严的气息，令人有一种要朝拜的冲动，它撑着天，抵着地；雅鲁藏布江的滚流在脚边翻滚，拍起碎石，溅起白色的水花，咆哮着奔向远方，不像江南水乡的柔情，没有秀丽的景色，而是扑面而来的滔天气势，雄伟的吼声，这，才是华夏儿女应有的气势！
朝圣者的`天堂。
一座座寺庙披着红色的古朴的瓦，金色的门槛，一个喇嘛拿着装食物的碗喂给雄壮的藏狗，另一个庄严地桥敲着钟，口中念念有词。朝圣者三步一小叩九步一大叩地边朝拜，多虔诚的信徒啊，除了西藏，哪里还有这种信仰！我感受到信仰的强大力量，有信仰才有目标，才有更精彩的人生，我懂得了什么是信仰！
西藏，一个自然的天堂，也许不是那么华丽，但它却有一种令人折服的朝拜之感，站于天地间，只有在西藏，才可感受到人之渺小，天地之广阔；只有在西藏，才能明白生命之美；只有在西藏才能领略一览众山小是多么的雄伟，才能感受人与生灵的和谐。
