今天在远程研修中有幸聆听了虞永平教授的《过程意识和经验指向》的讲座，虞教授讲到 课程的过程意识就是经验意识，这是一种专业意识。回到过程中区，意味着通过探究、操作、体验、交往、表达去感受和表现外部世界及自己的内心。过程意识的确立有利于教育质量的提升。过程意识与教师的专业发展紧密相关。
虞教授认为梳理科学的`质量观是提升学前教育质量的关键所在。衡量学前教育质量的三个纬度，即结构、过程和结果。
质量的取向，则应注重适宜性、规律性和有效性;注重教师结构，避免过于在意房舍的非功能性投入，尤其要避免小学化和成人化;注重幼儿的全面和谐发展，尤其应该关注幼儿的好奇心、求知欲和良好的个性。 虞永平教授通过视频和图片分享了多个案例：三个孩子玩一盒 积木 、班级里的三本日历、足球赛、一个 幼儿园 的环境创设等。通过这些案例，为我们阐述了幼儿园课程设计的路径要以一变多、以静变动、人群互变、无事生事，幼儿全面和谐发展是最核心的质量 标志 。
经验是由实践而获得的认知、体验及能力。质检经验是由学习者自己在实践中获得的，间接经验是别人在实践中获得的，并以一定的方式告诉学习者。告诉的方式包括文字、口头语言、照片集影像资料。其中，最抽象的是文字，其次是口头语言，然后是照片及影像资料。因此，间接经验是有层次的。幼儿主要是通过直接经验来学习的，端坐静听不是幼儿学习的主要方式，要尽可能创设生动、有趣的情境，提供多样化的环境和材料，让幼儿与环境、同伴及教师开展多样化的相互作用，在此过程中，获得新的经验。幼儿是在情境中、行动中学习的，幼儿的学习是为了获得新的经验。
