It happened shortly after this that the Lion was caught by some hunters, who bound him by strong ropes to the ground. The Mouse, recognizing his roar, came up, and gnawed the rope with his teeth, and setting him free, exclaimed: "You ridiculed the idea of my ever being able to help you, not expecting to receive from me any repayment of your favour; but now you know that it is possible for even a Mouse to confer benefits on a Lion."

什么是营养小达人呢?就是做一个不挑食、不偏食、按时吃饭、营养丰富又全面的好孩子。
我知道我们每天的主食最好是谷类，因为谷类是身体的主要能源，能够提供给人们充足的能量。
肉类也是必不可少的，它对儿童大脑发育至关重要，还能够使我们更加强壮。
最重要的是：水果和蔬菜要多吃一些，因为它们含有大量的维生素。在这里我要讲一个关于维生素的小故事。很久以前的大航海时代，外国船队每次出海，都会病很多人。多的时候，出海100人只活着回来一个人，甚至整艘船变成幽灵船。大家把那种病叫坏病，坏病当时被称为“海上凶神”，谁也找不到病因。有些船长认为，那是因为懒惰;还有些船长认为，那是由于海风吹多了或干的活太重。当然，船长们各有自己喜欢的治疗方法：有些船长让病人擦甲板，或者喝一杯醋。医生詹姆士·林德知道这些办法肯定没有用，于是他到船上做了调查，他发现船员们吃的都是生了虫或发霉的食物，于是他试着给病人们分成几组吃不同的食物，有些病人每天喝醋，有些病人喝海水，有些病人喝苹果酒，还有些病人吃柠檬。几天以后吃柠檬的病人康复了，其他病人的病情仍然没有好转。林德医生得出了结论，坏病可以用吃新鲜水果的方法治愈。而比西方大航海早300多年的郑和下西洋，却没有发生过坏病的情况，原因是中国人有项独门绝技——发绿豆芽，这样船员们能够随时吃到新鲜的蔬菜，补充维生素。

The fox, filled with arrogance, examined the cat from head to feet, and for a long time did not know whether he should give an answer. At last he said, "Oh, you poor beard-licker, you speckled fool, you hungry mouse hunter, what are you thinking? Have you the nerve to ask how I am doing? What do you know? How many tricks do you understand?"
"I understand but one," answered the cat, modestly.
"What kind of a trick is it?" asked the fox.
"When the dogs are chasing me, I can jump into a tree and save myself."
"Is that all?" said the fox. "I am master of a hundred tricks, and in addition to that I have a sackful of cunning. I feel sorry for you. Come with me, and I will teach you how one escapes from the dogs."
Just then a hunter came by with four dogs. The cat jumped nimbly up a tree, and sat down at its top, where the branches and foliage completely hid her.
"Untie your sack, Mr. Fox, untie your sack," the cat shouted to him, but the dogs had already seized him, and were holding him fast.
"Oh, Mr. Fox," shouted the cat. "You and your hundred tricks are left in the lurch. If you been able to climb like I can, you would not have lost your life."

一次，我用来积水的小桶被奶奶拿去腌鸡了，我的洗脸、洗脚水没处放，怎么办呢?我灵机一动：“对了!家里不是有一个废弃的大锅吗?正好用它来暂时代替我的“节水小桶”。妈妈看见我如此节约，夸我是一个节约资源、十分低碳的孩子。
我觉得低碳真好，于是，我应该将低碳推广出去!
首先，我向全家发出了“号令”，低碳生活，人人参与。就这样我们一致决定：用洗完脸的洗脸水洗脚，然后用洗脚水冲马桶;洗菜水还可以浇花;外出购物时一律用环保袋，禁用塑料的;外出游玩时，路不远就不坐车，走着去，这样既锻炼了身体，又减少了废气的排放;外出吃饭时，少用一次性餐具，既环保又不浪费钱;在家里种几盆鲜花，不仅让空气更新鲜，还利用怒放的.鲜花使家里变得焕然一新;用废弃的东西，做一些可爱的小玩具;我写作业时，坚持用钢笔，绝不用塑料笔……

每次在家，我总喜欢把生活中悲伤、欢乐、痛苦的滋味写到了电脑上。编排、整理、补充、修改，我都能快速地完成，然后把作文发表到网上，与同学和小网友一起交流。电脑不仅使我更加喜欢上了作文，给我带来了无穷的乐趣，而且让我学会了通过因特网与他人共同学习，相互交往。用电脑的好处有很多很多……不过你要多多保护眼睛，不能让“二只眼”变成“四只眼”哦!
