高考英语作文可以用网络用语吗【一】
近日，国家新闻出版广电总局发出通知，要求各类广播电视节目和广告，严格按照规范写法和标准含义使用国家通用语言文字，不得在成语中随意插入网络语言或外国语言文字，不得使用或介绍根据网络语言、仿照成语形式生造的词语，如“十动然拒”“人艰不拆”等。
此次禁令针对的不只是“人艰不拆”等缺乏文化内涵的网络语言，还包括随意篡改、乱用成语等现象，例如把“尽善尽美”改为“晋善晋美”，把“刻不容缓”改为“咳不容缓”等。尽管如此，国家新闻出版广电总局此举在赢得公众普遍称赞的\'同时，也招致一些非议。有人认为网络文化可以自我净化，无须刻意去遏制一些自然形成的东西，更有甚者称这一规定是对网络文化的扼。
不可否认，网络语言以其轻松活泼的风格得到许多网民，特别是青年人的喜爱。广播和电视等传统媒体肩负着标准使用汉语的使命，传统媒体虽然在语言风格上可以多接些“地气”，但也要把握好尺度，不能跟风追捧一些缺少文化内涵，甚至是十分粗俗的网络用语，更何况这些用语在网络上也存在着很大争议。
对一些晦涩生硬的网络用语说“不”，并不意味着对网络文化的否定与扼。网络文化应当成为多元社会文化的组成部分，而非文化价值的破坏者，不应干扰和误导人们对文化常识的认知。因此，网络文化的建立和发展需要不断地剔除糟粕。
实际上，近年来一些广播电视节目和广告中不仅热衷于使用网络词汇，还挖空心思篡改和曲解传统成语，生硬地造出“晋善晋美”“咳不容缓”和“骑乐无穷”等诸多奇怪的用语。这些另类用语看似有创意，实则是为了出奇、夺人眼球，以便提高节目的收视率。长此以往，汉语的正确使用会遭受威胁，会给公众、特别是对于处在语言知识学习阶段的青少年造成误导。
除规范性考虑外，还应看到，语言文字也是民族文化和思想观念的重要载体。传播文化、弘扬文化的前提，就是对文化心怀敬意，严谨优雅地使用语言文字，而生造词句、追风恶搞是对汉语使用习惯及其标准的破坏，是对汉语审美的破坏。因此，国家新闻出版广电总局严格广播电视节目语言文字的用法和含义，是完全必要的。期待在文化传播界人士的倡导和带动下，把这些外在规则变为内在自律，在广播电视节目中规范使用汉语语言，进而对网络语言的使用起到辐射和提升效应。
