我们来到了锻炼的体育器材场，我们就开始锻炼了。我先锻炼了一个有点像自行车一样的体育器材，它是锻炼我的手臂的。我就按照了它的说明来做，先把手放在像自行车的车把上，然后，再用吃奶的力气往下一拉，又接着再往上一推，就这样连续做。妈妈锻炼的体育器材像一张床，人躺在它的上面。然后，用手抱住头，脚就勾住下面的\'横杆，使劲使自己的头再抬起来，就这样反复的做。原来它做的是仰卧起坐呀。我们又锻炼了一会，那个时候我已经是气喘吁吁了。

在这个清凉的早晨，大约五点半，我和姐姐去迎宾路跑步。从翠阳小区篮球场开始长跑。一大早，篮球场就有许多学生在热火朝天地打篮球；老人们在轻松自如地活动着；小孩子们在兴奋地玩着体育健身器具。宽广的马路上，车辆寥寥无几，马路显得空荡荡的。路上凉风习习，风儿悄悄地跑进上衣里给我挠痒，舒服极了！
顺着马路边。一路上，清洁工们正勤劳地打扫着地面上的垃圾。我由于是第一次早间长跑，也不知道怎么跑步，双脚重重落地，“啪嗒啪嗒”的。“跑步的时候双脚轻点落地啊！”姐姐嚷道。于是我就把双脚轻轻地落地。跑了好长一断路了，我精疲力竭，想停下来休息一会儿。可姐姐有大声嚷道：“不要停下来，这样跑步就不管用了！”我只好继续跑。偶尔间，一两只小麻雀从空中掠过，像是向我们问好或是为我们加油。跑到火车站，我们有返回，这时，马路上的车辆也逐渐增多。路边树木浓郁苍翠，望上去舒畅极了！我气喘吁吁地跑着，实在跑不动了，想停下来，但一想到“坚持到底就是胜利”这句话有坚持地跑着，最后总算跑了下来。我筋疲力尽地往家走，因为长跑，腿疼极了！到了篮球场，我在把杆上压了压腿，腿这才好多了。锻炼了一会儿，我们就高高兴兴地回家了！
