发展经济的同时，损坏了环境，这是愚蠢的做法。地球是每个人赖以生存的家园，如果地球的环境被严重破坏，生态平衡被打破，那么人们的家园也将不复存在。雾霾也是环境被严重污染的一个表现。雾霾对人的身体健康损坏非常大。许多专家称雾霾对人的'危害比非典更可怕。雾霾直接伤害的是人体的呼吸系统，尤其是肺。其次雾霾还会伤害人的心脏。研究表明，雾霾天气中的颗粒污染物对有造成人体心肌梗的可能。再次，雾霾天气伤害人的皮肤。皮肤暴露在外，是最先接触雾霾的部位，也是接触雾霾时间最久的部位。因此，在雾霾天更应该做好皮肤的清洁。最后，雾霾还会伤害我们的大脑。当雾霾天气中，PM2。5增加10微克/立方米，人脑的功能就会衰老三年。这项研究也让我们更了解了雾霾对人造成的伤害。
雾霾天气，一定要做好防护措施，减少室外活动时间。出门尽量带可以防止雾霾颗粒的口罩。解决雾霾最根本的方法应该是所有人共同保护环境，爱护环境。如果继续损坏环境，以后的雾霾会更加的严重，人们也将可能不能生活在地球上。让我们爱护我们赖以生存的家园地球吧!
