Take your time
For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

A man walking in the night slipped from a rock. Afraid that he would fall down thousands of feet, because he knew that place was a very deep valley, he took hold of a branch that was hanging over the rock. In the night all he couls see was a bottomless abyss. He shouted, his own shout reflected back--there was nobody to hear.
You can imagine that man and his whole night of scare. Every moment there was death, his hands were becoming cold, he was losing his gripand as the sun came out he looked down and he laughed. There was no abyss. Just six inches down there was a rock. He could have rested the whole night, slept well---the rock was big enough---but the whole night was a nightmare.
Fear is only six inches deep. Now it is up to you whether you want to go on cling to the branch and turn your life into a nightmare, or whether you would love to leave the branch and stand on your feet.
There is nothing to fear.

罗胖的跨年演讲结束两天了，今天才提录感想，不是因为我懒，而是因为，又抽空看了一遍。然后我问自己"我是做事的人吗“，思量很久，我窃喜的发现我算是做事的人。做事的人看到未来，但立足当下，他天天解决的是”这个客户很难搞，我该怎么办“、”这次活动还需要准备什么效果会更好“、”这个项目我该如何选择合作伙伴“等等诸如此类。既然是做事的人，那想写就写吧，即便你不一定会看到。
最近跟一些朋友喝茶聊天，相当一部分人对医药行业比较悲观，各项政策都在缩减医保支出，不管是辅助用药还是大降价等等都让整个医药产业链条的`从业者感受到了寒意。我不否认，大趋势在变化，野蛮成长的时光一去不复返了，但就像罗胖说的一样，有变化才有机会。“乱世英雄”是这几年一直挂在我嘴边的一句话，因为对于我们每个人来说，我们不需要抓住大趋势，我们要抓住一个个小趋势。
比如金税三期两票制就让一些人抓住了合规的小趋势，接下来还有很多小趋势———代理商服务模式转型、市场和学术崛起、院外药房引流、基因诊疗、基层医疗改进、药代备案培训等等，太多了，以至于小趋势“永远都没有末班车”。但是要感知这些小趋势要做好充分准备，毕竟机会是留给有准备的人，而最重要的准备是信息收集和分析创新，这绝不是像以前那样闭门造车就能做到的。
做了蚕的茧，是不会看到茧壳以外的世界的。————李四光
突然，我想到了咱们现在正在倡导筹建的“药创联之家”，这不就是让我们张开双眼抬头看医药行业的一扇天窗吗？
罗胖说，一切创新一开始都是“非共识”的。“非共识”从被排斥到被承认，这个过程是多么辛苦，但没有这样的辛苦，又怎能有成功。罗斯福说，你一心想们前进，可回头一看，跟着的人却一个也没有，太可怕了。创业何尝不是如此，创新何尝不是如此。当别人把你定义为“傻瓜”的时候，这个所谓的“傻瓜窗口”就变得极其珍贵，正因为这样，你才有时间积累经验，构筑别人无法超越的鸿沟，而所有早一刻清醒的人们都将分享红利。
每天早上出门，你会查全球平均气温吗？显然不会，但你可能会查我们生活的这个城市或者将要去往的那个城市的气温，对吗？因为大趋势于我们每个个体来说，基本是无意义的，只有那些身边的“小趋势”，才是决定我们生活和命运的关键。所以我们在用一小部分时间仰望星空的同时，何不用更多的精力脚踏实地呢！
对未来最大的慷慨，就是把一切献给现在。————加缪未来已来，唯变不变！
