In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.
There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.
In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.

寒假来了，我的快乐之旅也随之而来。历经6个多小时，我们到达了厦门。一下动车，就有一股暖流扑面而来，厦门阳光灿烂，如同温暖的春天。卸下身上厚厚的棉衣，顿时感觉轻松、舒畅。
我们乘着游轮驶向仰慕已久的鼓浪屿，我的心情无比激动。登上这座岛，映入眼帘的先是街道枝繁叶茂的树木，树叶绿得透出光来。粉红色的小花簇拥着，像一双双小眼睛一眨一眨地向我们打招呼。我愉悦地向前跑去，迎面吹来的海风让人神清气爽。
第二天，我们游览了奇妙的海底世界。海底世界里，有活泼可爱的娃娃鱼，会变色的水母，还有美丽漂亮的孔雀鱼……应有尽有，真是令人大开眼界。让我印象最深的是食人鱼，它那凶猛的眼睛，锋利的牙齿。当它从我身旁游过时，我仿佛感到一不小心就会被吃掉。穿过厚厚的玻璃做成的拱形通道，成群结队的鱼从我身边游过，好像我也成了它们中的一员。
第三天，我们一家人骑着租来的奇特的三人自行车奔向美丽的椰风寨。来到椰风寨，极目远眺，沙滩、蓝天、大海连成一片，好似人间仙境，令人心旷神怡。我迫不及待地脱下鞋袜，和小伙伴们在柔软的沙滩上放起了风筝，大伙儿快乐的心情也随着风筝一起飞上蓝天……
第四天，我们去了依山傍水，建筑独特，风景秀丽迷人，号称中国最美的大学---厦门大学。从此，我便多了个去厦大读书的梦想。
厦门这座美丽的城市，以其独特的魅力深深地吸引住了我。

在今年寒假，爸爸妈妈再商量放假旅游厦门的主题。
我一听要去旅游，马上兴奋地蹦了起来。可是，一听要去厦门，我高兴的心情不由得失落下来。因为，众人皆知厦门可是很热的，最容易中暑。虽然我体质比较好，但是难以保证我不会生病啊！
2月1日，阳光格外的明媚，灿烂的阳光从窗外射进来，把房间照得暖洋洋，我打了个哈欠，然后意味深长地说：“嗨，忙碌的一天又开始了。”
在昨天晚上，妈妈在找东西了，翻箱倒柜的声音很大。过了一会儿，妈妈翻到里面来了，我不厌其烦的喊道：“嘿！”妈妈头也不抬地说：“快点睡觉，我们要准备去厦门了。”我一听，高兴得一蹦三尺高，一咕噜地穿好衣服，去收拾自己的东西。那翻箱倒柜的声音比妈妈还大。
到了下午，我们一家人背着大大小小的行李出发了。同学的爸爸开着汽车驶向目的地。
过了一会儿，我们终于坐上了动车，又过了四个小时后，在夜晚的降临中，我们来到了厦门，又是坐车，又是坐船，终于到了目的地——厦门的鼓浪屿。
你们知道此时是几点了吗？已经是夜晚9点多了。我们来到了邻近的凤临阁住下，准备明天去游玩。
第二天早晨，我们来到了日光岩。
刚到日光岩门口，我就被门外那五颜六色的花丛迷住了，在往旁边一看，啊！我惊呆了。高高的石头上挂下来了一道长长的瀑布，瀑布下就是清澈的小河。我看了好久才想起来，这只是大门，里面还没看呢！
我们进了日光岩的大门，就是人造丛林，中间有一条宽敞的小路，两旁种了各种各样、见也没见过的树：美丽的金杯藤、小巧玲珑的鹰爪、开枝散叶的旅人蕉、枝繁叶茂的菩提树、满带胡须的大榕树、巨大无比的橡皮树……这些树看得我眼花缭乱，目不暇接。
再走了一会就来到了岩顶。
从岩顶在低头一看，啊！这是多么美丽！那紫色的房子和下面的草地，就好像紫色的睡莲，浮在碧绿的浮萍上，衬托得更加迷人，让我陶醉在其中。
过了一会儿，我们走了下去，一路上什么花都有：奇形怪状的蒲包花、娇艳美丽的比利时杜鹃、艳如锦缎的蝴蝶兰……真是让我大开眼界。
走出日光岩，下面就是一些商铺，不过可别小瞧了这些商铺，他们的建造风格可是让人为之赞叹……
两个小时后，我们依依不舍地离开了日光岩附近。又来到了风光秀丽，别具一格的海滩。
啊！厦门有山有水，景色真是名不虚传呀！你看！那里都能看到壮观的跨海大桥，大桥就像一条蜿蜒的巨龙，盘旋在海面上，桥上车辆来来往往，热闹极了。宽阔的沙滩，走在软软的沙滩上，顽皮的海浪跳跃不停，好像在和我们捉迷藏。眺望远方，在大海的边境，一座座山连绵起伏，真是青山环绕，美不胜收啊！
厦门真是个美丽又神奇的地方，既让人陶醉，又叫人迷恋。

From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.
I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. Then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. Then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!
I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.
I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!
I’m worried and feel unlucky on myweigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!
But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.
