On summer holiday my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at Huabei Hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look. Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing. I like this trip!

从小爸爸就非常疼爱我，我就是爸爸的掌上明珠，贴身小棉袄。我小时候如果做错了事，爸爸一瞪眼，我就吓得再也不敢了，所以我很听话，凡事都按照爸爸的意愿。
长大后，爸爸就很少批评我，也越来越尊重我的意见。可能是年龄增长的原因，爸爸变得更加慈爱了。
我抵抗力很差，一年到头总是生病，只要天气一冷，稍不注意，那感冒病毒就会如期而至，使我变得很难受。跟爸爸说过后，他首先会批评我，说：“你怎么这么不注意，别人怎么都不感冒，偏偏就你感冒，自己难受吧！”我真想大哭一场，明明感冒就很难受了，爸爸在这么一说，心里就更凉了一大截。可是正当我埋怨爸爸时，爸爸又会说：“你感冒我也心疼啊！我多希望你能天天健健康康的。好了，赶紧吃点药，喝杯姜汤，好好睡一觉，明天就好了。”我顿时心里热乎乎的，我看见了爸爸的眼睛，其中充满了慈爱、同情和疼惜。
爸爸对我的教育方式很特殊，很少盯着我写作业，也几乎从没有给我检查过作业。但考试时总会设一些奖励，如果达到预定的`目标，就能得到。这种方式，是我学习更自觉，更有动力。
现在学习任务重了，晚上做作业总是要到很晚，每当我学的困倦的时候，爸爸就会走过来，摸摸我的头，问我：“累不累，还要在学一会儿吗？”我就会笑着对他说：“不累。”这时他会把耳朵贴着我的耳朵，呆一会就离开了。我从他的眼睛里又感受到了那种慈爱。
爸爸很少在家里发脾气，我跟他就像好朋友一样，无话不谈。他总是在我遇到困难时，面对挑战时给我力量，做我最坚强的后盾。
爸爸那慈爱的目光我将永远铭记。
