有一位教练，在他的手下被调教过的，都是世界一流的跑步高手。有记者问他，是怎样做到的。这位教练笑着说出了；方法。原来，他每天都在山顶上等学生来，学生必须从山脚跑到山顶上来见他，而在山腰上，教练放了几匹狼。为了活命，每个学生都被激发出了潜能，以自己最快的速度飞奔到山顶。
先不说这种方法安不安全，但是我们必须承认这位教练是聪明的，他懂得利用人类强大的求生意志，激发人类最大的潜能。

我是从南墙的“永宁门”上去的。城墙上很宽，有12~14米呢！沿着外墙挂着一串又一串的红灯笼，非常壮观。
妈妈给我租了一辆大人骑的自行车，座位可高啦！要妈妈扶着车我才能上去。我就从城墙的中断开始向东骑。城墙的路面使用一块块青砖铺成的，高低不平，坑坑洼洼。因为车扶手太大，掌握不住，有时我明明看见一个坑，课就是躲不过去，只好大叫冲进坑里，“哎哟！我的`屁股！”我骑着，喊着，笑着，冲过大大小小的坑，自行车颠得叮当作响，好像快要散架了。我骑的开心极了！
