7月1日，我收到教师成长学院彩琴班的共读数目《初中英语教师专业能力必修》后，就迫不及待开始阅读。这本书将新课程标准和教育教学实践有机结合，和我们一线教师的话语体系、思维习惯、和实践习惯融会贯通，让我们在专业成长方面获得了实实在在的帮助，既具有权威性，系统性，又有普适性。
这本书从“知识储备”和“技能修炼”两个纬度展开论述。“知识储备”部分以初中英语教师内功和初中英语课程为着眼点，从语音、语法、课程目标、学习策略等方面明确了初中英语教师应进行的知识储备。“技能修炼”针对初中英语课程，从教学设计、教学过程、课堂管理、教学评价方面介绍了英语教师必备的技能。每一个专题都从“问题展示”“案例分析”“理论点拨”“反思探究”“修炼建议”5个方面给我们具体指导，不仅让我们知其然还知其所以然。我的心得有两方面：

The third is Leo Tolstoy, a Russian writer. Tolstoy was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He has a happy family. He has a high literary talent. He had been successful before, but he didn't care about what he had. He would not enjoy life, he would not spend his life, he would like to reflect the value of his life through human beings. Tolstoy was one of those people who let us see the different sides of the writer, the kind of inner shock that made me feel a lot.
This book tells us to fight our fate bravely, as long as you don't give in to your destiny, one day you will change your fate. There is an old saying that "destiny is in your hands".

《给教师的建议》是前苏联著名教育实践家和教育理论家苏霍姆林斯基所写，他被称为“教育思想的泰斗”。在本书的目录中，这位教育界泰斗抛出许多常见的教学过程中教师和学生会遇到的问题。带着强烈的好奇心，我开始了本书的阅读。
在教学理念上，“可以把教学和教育的所有规律性都机械地运用到他身上的那种抽象的学生是不存在的”。一语中的，有的学生对教材的理解和记忆快，同时在记忆中保持的长而牢固；而有些学生就完全不同：对教材的感知很慢，知识在记忆中保持的不久而且不牢固。这就需要我们在教学过程中能区别的对待每一位学生，新东方优能中学个性化宣传的教学理念就是“优能个性化，万人万教材。”其中的万人万教材便是践行区别教学的理念。
在教学方式上，书中建议“使知识‘活起来’，通过理解、弄懂大量的事实、事物和现象以后再进行识记。不要让学生去记诵那些还不理解、没有完全弄懂的东西，一定要经过实际作业，而完成实际作业就正是掌握知识。”我非常赞同作者的这个观点。学生容易盲目记忆单词、短语和句型，从来没想过要应用在日常口语或写作当中。以至于所有的背诵记忆的东西貌似只是为了考试而服务。不仅对考试帮助不大，还抹了他们对英语的兴趣，得不偿失。
所以在英语教学中，除作业外，要给学生介绍大量的词汇应用情景，让他们理解之后模仿，真正掌握之后比让孩子记硬背效果要好许多。虽然掌握知识是最终目的，但是获取新知识的途径也同样重要，否则不恰当的学习方式，费时费力还得不到想要的结果。在应试教育的强压下，有效快速地帮助学员掌握知识点是我和优能个性化同仁共同的目标。
在教学过程上，苏霍姆林斯基还说到一句话让我深有同感，“教学过程不是单单归结为传授知识，而是表现为多方面的关系。共同的智力的、道德的、审美的、社会和政治的兴趣把我们教师中的每一个人都跟学生结合在一起。”教师对于学生来说，不应像复读机一样一直重复着那些枯燥的知识点，除了教授学科知识外，更应当融入他们生活；无论什么也比不上一位睿智、阅历丰富、富有生活情趣的教师对学生有吸引力，这是一种难以衡量的人格魅力，能激发着学生们的学习热情。
除了良好的教育理念、教育方式和教学过程外，教师自身的努力也很关键。
每个新东方教师都在努力成为行业领域的佼佼者。作者在书中讲述道：“读书，读书，再读书，教师的教育素养的这个方面正是取决于此。要把读书当做第一精神需要，当做饥饿者的食物。要有读书的兴趣，要喜欢博览群书，要能在书本面前坐下来，深入地思考。”这正是我们提升自我教育素养的关键，现在是信息爆炸的年代，人们主动求知的越来越强烈；作为一名个性化教师，要给学生一杯水，自己就至少要有一桶水，甚至是一条溪流，在新东方的团队中学也不乏识渊博如滔滔江水的优秀教师。厦门新东方为此也成立了自己的书库，由教师推荐好书，这样整体的读书氛围更加浓厚了。
在另一方面，在实际工作中往往会遇到许多问题，有些问题需要我们借助别人的经验来解决。书中讲述到：“你对年长的同事们的经验研究和观察得越多，你就越加需要进行自我观察、自我分析、自我进修和自我教育。在自我观察、自我分析的基础上，你就会逐步形成自己的教育思想。”
所谓“一山跟比一山高”，作为教师，我们在教学的同时，在整个教学生涯中也扮演着学生的角色，只有不断虚心求学，才能为我们的学员更好的服务。厦门新东方是优秀教师云集的教育机构，这就为教师参加各种教研活动和优秀教师互相学习和分享教学心得提供了很便利的条件。
