远远的，就看见运动场上到处都是晨练者的身影：田径跑道上，是一些练习长跑的；足球场中，活跃着几个爱好足球的；篮球架下，腾闪着姚明的“追星族”，排球网前，舞动着长剑的红缨穗……好一幅全民健身图！我只觉得全身活力四射，迈开大步，加入其中。
自从一百多年前第一届奥运会在希腊雅典拉开序幕，直到现在的21世纪，奥运，终于走进了这个具有五千年文化历史的国度——中国。当听到2008奥运会将在中国北京举办第喜讯时，每一个中华儿女心中油然升起的，是一种无法言喻的激动和自豪：昔日的东亚病夫，终于能在自己的土地上向世界展现英武的雄姿，我们盼望这一天，已经等了一个世纪之久啊！
有这么一个志愿者：她已年过90，当她听到这个消息时，一心想为奥运做一些事情。她想到外国人对中国的剪纸感兴趣，于是就产生了把剪纸送给参加奥运会的国家的念头，大概算了一下，也要190多套才够，再掐指一算，时间还来得及。可她又不会英语，怎么送呢？于是她每天6点起床听广播学英语，学完就开始剪纸。就这样日复一日，年复一年，一直到了2006年，她超额完成了任务，一共剪了240多套。她的那些剪纸被国家评为一级礼物，而94岁的她也成为奥运志愿者队伍中最年长的一位，她叫——李淑芬。
把中国古老的民间剪纸作为礼物，赠给前来北京参赛的外国友人，当奥运会场的火炬熄灭的时候，中华民族的传统艺术却在世界各地传播开去，这就是李淑芬老人的奥运情结。
我们不会剪纸，也不会泼墨，可是我们有年轻的身体，有灵活的头脑，我们同样可以用自己的方式向奥运献礼，为国家增辉：
在枯燥而单调的学习过程中，以积极的心态、饱满的热情和踏踏实实的努力，来攻克一道道难题，解开一个个谜底，
畅游知识海洋，体验学习的乐趣。
在远离亲人的异地他乡，用坚强的意志、宽广的胸襟和谦逊和蔼的态度，来抑制思念的痛苦，抵御网络的'诱惑，与同学和睦共处，共同进步。
同学生病了，递上一杯热茶；老人过路了，伸手搀上一把；朋友流泪了，借他肩膀靠一靠；同伴进步了，竖起拇指夸一夸。
拾起地上的纸片，压住喉间的浓痰，给陌生人一个灿烂的微笑，给失意者一个鼓励的眼神……
如此种种，无不昭示着我们中华民族团结友善、文明和谐的传统美德。
虽然我们不能在赛场上和赛手们一决高下，可是我们要用健康的体魄、饱满的热情、进取的精神和文明的举止，向世界宣告：我们永远追求更高、更快、更强！
奥运，就在你我身边！

Obviously, this saying can be naturally associated with the seriousness of rumors: if we intend to have a positive Internet environment, it is advisable to eliminate/refuse rumors.
In contemporary society, it has become a trend for individuals to surf the Internet for the information they need. Meanwhile, an increasing number of people find it rather difficult to distinguish the true news from rumors. Searching the Internet, we can notice a great many examples like this: false news, ads and pictures.Then, it is these rumors that lead the public to be cheated, confused and even panic.
