根据前期的抽签，我直接晋级一百二十八强进六十四强。周日早上8点40，比赛正式开始了。全员到齐后，先是上届的冠军和亚军对打。他们的`动作流畅，接球和扣都铿锵有力，他们打球都很有自己的想法。一会儿来个高远球，把对方逼到后场；一会儿来个放网，让对方又跑到前场；一会儿来个球，打得对手措手不及。
在小小的展示后，接着是大人物出场了，由国家队选手郭凯跟上届冠军对打。国家队真不愧是国家队，淡定自如又十分敏捷，不费九牛二虎之力，而且一个假动作就可以让对手不知所措。一个漂亮的绝技赢得了全场的掌声。
比赛正式开始了，我因为直升64强，所以我的比赛在9点40分开始。一开始，我们你来我往不分上下，在后来12比13，12比14的比分下，我连赢2球，所以我开始有些轻敌。但在下一个球的反手挑球中，因我一个失误没有接到，心态稍有些急躁。但我想：丢一个球算什么？后面加点油，补回来就是了呗！但是，幸运之神却并没有再倾向我这边。在后面几个球中，我的对手绝地反击，甚至追平了比分又赶超了我。此时，我的心态已像燃烧的火焰似的，已经抓狂、急躁起来。因为心态不佳，最终以21：20惜败。
这次比赛也让我知道了自己的不足之处，技术掌握不够扎实，实战时心态也不够稳定。我想接下来，我会继续好好练习，练技术，练心态。

星期天，我写完了作业，妈妈说：“今天去会所打羽毛球。”我心里特别高兴，因为我早就想打羽毛球了。
到了会所，我见到了梓敏、尧尧等其他人，我们进入了所三楼的羽毛球馆，就开始打羽毛球了。我和梓敏、尧尧都不会打羽毛球，我们就叫 罗 老师教我们，她高兴地走过来，很耐心地教我们。首先，她亲自做示范教我们怎样拿拍子，然后我们学打球。打球很难，球很容易落地，我们用了很多时间才学会了接球，打球打球真不容易。首先我和尧尧打，我说：“看我的‘金鸡独立’。”我单脚发球，然后使劲一拍，就打了过去，尧尧一跳，把球接了过来，我连忙跳起来把球打回去，尧尧又把球打过来，可惜我没打中。休息了一会儿，我跟梓敏打，经过了几个来回，我终于赢了。
