“喝茶”顾名思义，就是泡一壶茶，坐着干喝呗！可是，广东人喝茶的花样真不是十根手指数得来的。
在一个阳光明媚的清晨，起个大早，上街心公园跑几圈。然后直奔金华茶楼，选个望景的好地方坐下。服务员小姐经过询问后，为你端上一杯热乎乎的龙井茶，再配上几碟精致的糕点，一下子会使你的食欲猛增、开怀大吃，让你的胃变成“无底洞”。如果还不够饱，再上碗香喷喷的鸡蛋粥或令人垂涎欲滴的皮蛋粥、金黄的炸春卷……这便是家乡的早茶。晚上，拉上几个知心朋友去逛逛金华广场、百货商场……然后，拎着大包小包的货品去茶楼吃上一顿。一进门，各种香味扑鼻而来。找个好位置坐下后，取来菜单点菜。不要大鱼大肉，点上几盘清淡的、丰富而美味的菜。如：一盘清蒸龙虾，一锅砂锅炖鱼，一碟清淡的菜花，补身体的鸡汤，就能让你撑破肚皮。吃完饭后，就来一壶龙井茶，一碟飞饼，几个别致的小蛋糕，和朋友边吃边聊，多惬意呀！这就是家乡的晚茶。
家乡的早晚茶很有特色，但是，品茶也很讲究哟！
茶叶含有丰富的维生素与矿物质，经常喝茶不仅可以提提神，还可以防病护抗癌，品茶更能陶冶人的性格。品茶是要细心地品味，不能着急，得让舌头慢慢去感觉，才能把茶的`那种纯、甘、香的味道品出来。当你小吸一口龙井茶，用舌尖去慢慢品位着所说的那种纯、甘、香。顿时，你会感觉到龙井茶那种香纯、清爽，它让人回味无穷，仿佛置身于仙境般，便情不自禁地发出了“啧啧”声。过了好长时间，那余香还留在口腔里呢！
是什么原因使广东人如此爱喝茶呢？我想应该是广东的天气比较热，如果吃辣的东西会很容易上火。于是，只能吃些清淡的东西。而喝茶不仅降火，而且还可以帮助消化呢！真是一举两得！
