我觉得这部纪录片的成功之处在于我们不仅仅只能从一个角度去看待这样的投票事件，我们可以从小学生的教育管理，家庭教育，性格成长甚至政治思想去分析。我们不仅看到了三个小孩子在为拉票而做的种种努力，同样的，也看到了这背后三个家庭的“博弈”，其实无论怎样，在这部片子里，这三个小孩子的性格特点表现的很明显，而这些性格特点和片中所出现的他们的家庭教育，个人性格特点，学校教育方式有着很紧密的关系，我对这三个小孩子的各自不同的性格特点进行了分析：

首先是罗雷，也就是那个曾经当过三年班长的人，在片中他是一个有主张，有个人见解，带点正义感的人，为什么这么说呢？在片中有几处是让人印象深刻的：当罗雷爸妈提出要帮罗雷在选举上“做一些工作”时，罗雷说不用他们的帮忙，他要靠自己的努力来获得同学们的支持；当罗雷的妈妈向他提出一些意见时，罗雷说不要妈妈说他都知道怎么办；我们还应该记得当成成提出徐晓菲的缺点而让徐晓菲处于尴尬的局面时，罗雷便站起来指出成成其实也很会说话，这导致他们下课后有一场争吵。这可以看出罗雷还是一个比较独立的孩子，尽管他还是有两次听了爸妈的建议：请大家坐轻轨和送同学们节日卡片。这两件事；罗雷同意了爸妈的建议那是因为罗雷觉得这可以让自己在同学们之间增强感情，从而有利于他的选举。

而对于成成来说，我觉得应该和罗雷形成了很明显的对比。片中的成成虽然体型健壮，然而他却是一个没有主见，喜欢在暗地里搞小聪明的小孩子。成成在片子开始不久就说过这样一句话：我在班上就想当班长，班长就有权利，让他站着他就得站着，让他坐下他就得坐下。这么看来，在成成的眼里，班长是一个有绝对权力的人，正是这种权力驱使成成想尽办法想当班长。我觉得开头成成这样的言论就注定他不是一个合格的班长人选——班长是管理者而并非统治者。而这样的想法和之后成成与罗雷关于管理者与统治者的争论来说，是对成成莫大的讽刺。当然，对于童心未泯的他们，不应该用我们对于世事的一些看法用在他们身上。但我好奇的是，成成这样的性格对他将来的成长会造成什么样的影响呢？

其实对成成来说，他的性格是多方面的，而且也是比较复杂的。开始我说他没有主见，为什么这么说呢？片中有几个镜头是这样的：当罗雷请大家坐轻轨后，成成觉得自己没舍呢么希望了并且想退出，这个时候他爸妈鼓励他继续努力，当他发现罗雷和徐晓菲有很多缺点时便顿时又有了信心。这可以看得出成成对爸妈的依赖性特别的强，片中还有一个细节，就是成成在上完厕所后，他爸爸竟然来帮他擦屁股，可是他已经是一个三年级的学生了。此外呢，成成还是一个小有心计的孩子，他唆使一个同学在罗雷和徐晓菲才艺表演的时候捣乱；他曾在罗雷面前告诉罗雷会选他，然而其实他是想选自己；他曾挑出罗雷和徐晓菲的缺点并和他们发生了几场争辩，极力的挑出罗雷和徐晓菲的毛病。从这些方面看，成成是一个比较小孩子气的\'那种性格。

而徐晓菲片中出现的不是很多，只是几次和妈妈出去玩的情景，其实徐晓菲是一个听话的小孩的形象，因为是女孩子，所以在和成成争论各自的缺点时被成成说哭了。她的妈妈是一个学校的管理者，也是一个离婚了的人。所以在对徐晓菲的教育上，她妈妈的方式做的很好，给徐晓菲讲一些好的道理，当她自己试着独立去思考，去判断。这样的教育方式对徐晓菲的成长很有帮助。

对于这三个孩子的性格分析不仅仅是想要知道他们对于选举的看法，从这个方面看，我们还可以看到这三个小孩子在学习成长上，在处理交际关系时，在面对事物判断方面时他们各自的态度是什么，是独立思考，还是依靠父母？从这些来看他们的小学的成长，性格的培养对他们教育的影响，我觉得这也是值得我们去思考的。
