从教十几年以来，我一直在思考怎样让教师自我在专业发展道路上能够成长更快。我觉得评课是一个很好的途径。

学会评价和分析课堂教学的质量，运用科学的方法了解自己和他人的长处及不足，有利于教师改进自己的教学，在课堂教学中增加学生的知识，发展学生的潜力和创造力。

我觉得通过评课，一方面可以调动教师的工作积极性，帮助和指导自己不断总结教学，提高教学水平，促使自己由经验向专业转变。另一方面，可以促使自己改变教学观念，以学生为主，让学生的各方面得到锻炼和提高。

I had a summer holiday from Jule to August.I was very happy ,because I could da many kinds of things.

I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visitde my grandparents and ate much delicious food.But in August,there is a first tyhoon.With terrifying fear and my mother bought some food.I was very unhappy,because I could not played out side.

Then I went to the zoo whit my sister.I was very happy.Because I saw a lot of animals.They were very lovable.So I took photos of all animals.I loved the butterful the best.They were colourful and beautiful.My sister liked it too.

In summer holiday,I went to the places where the sun shines brightly.I went to where the see is blue too.All students had a happy summer holiday.

At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand and one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

评课既是教研活动，又是科研活动。它都在教学实践和教学理论之间架起一座桥梁。它既是一个验证理论，指导实践的过程，也是一个实践操作、升华为理论的过程。在听评课中可以学习吸收大量的教学理论、经验和先进的教改信息，在执教中去运用。也可把自己的经验总结概括形成理论。如此循环反复，教师的教学业务素质必然会有很大的提高。

另外，评课也是教育同行进行教材分析、教法研究、教学经验交流的一种好形式。一位哲学家说：“你有一个苹果，我有一个苹果，彼此交换以后还是一个苹果；如果你有一个思想，我有一个思想，彼此交换以后，每个人就是两个思想。”所以，教师之间开展听评课活动，就能达到交流教学经验、切磋教艺的目的。
