傍晚，我们来到九江，姑姑对我说：“我们今天先休息吧，明天我们去庐山。”我怀着期待的心情进入了甜美的梦乡。
第二天，我们来到庐山脚下，坐着汽车一直到山顶，啊，优美逶迤的山岭，蜿蜒盘旋，犹如一条正在酣睡的巨龙。俯瞰足下，白云迷漫，云雾缭绕，一个个山顶探出云雾外，似朵朵芙蓉出水，美丽极了。正当我们想到对面山头去的时候，缆车过来了，我们坐在缆车上，看见这山真陡啊，好像被刀劈斧削一般！苍翠的山群重重叠叠，像波浪起伏的大海一样，雄伟壮观。
导游带着我们来到漂流的地方，我看见溪水顺着弯弯曲曲的\'山谷流下来，我们坐上一艘皮艇，皮艇先在一个在大池子中划来划去。忽然，一道闸门打开，一个长钩子把我的皮艇钩到闸门口，我吓得赶紧闭上眼睛，激流把我们冲了下去。“砰”的一声，我的心还悬在半空中，我们的皮艇却落在了一个大池子中，又一个长钩子把我们的皮艇钩到了闸门口，我吸取上次的经验，勇敢地把眼睛睁开，“哇，好惊险，好刺激呀！”我开心地跟姑姑说。
坐在回家的路上，看着远处重重叠叠，连绵不断的山峰，我和姑姑心情愉快地聊着。我边聊边想：要是爸爸妈妈也能来的话，他们就能看到这美丽的风景了。

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”4月3日宁围一小六年级五个班，在清明节即将来临之际为了缅怀革命先烈，我们宁围一小六年级一起毅行去北干山烈士陵园扫墓。
经过一个多小时步行，走了差不多十里路，经过1个半小时的徒步终于走到了北干山脚下，望着高高耸立的烈士纪念碑，大家路上的疲惫顿时化为九霄云散了，稍作休息，大家一口气登上了半山腰，此刻，我们已是大汗淋漓，气喘吁吁，抬头一看还有一百多个石阶，不禁有点退缩了，但想到红军长征那万里的路程，自己这点路算什么，便咬紧牙硬着头皮上来了。
在被和田先生刻着“革命烈士永垂不朽”一列草书的纪念碑前，全体队员排着整齐的队伍表情严肃，心情凝重。祭扫仪式开始，响起哀乐，首先在烈士墓前默哀一分钟，不知过了多久，默哀完毕，我们向烈士敬献了花圈。接着，校长鼓励队员们要继承和发扬烈士的精神。然后，少先队员代表上前为烈士献上了深情的歌词，表达了对烈士不怕牺牲，忠于理想的深深敬仰之情。最后，在辅导员老师的带领下，绕纪念碑一周，以表达对先烈们最崇高的敬意与最深挚的追思。我们还举起右手宣誓。
宣誓完毕，活动了二十分钟就下山了，我们顺路参观了革命烈士纪念馆，我们在盆景园吃午饭，然后带着满满的收获徒步回校。回校后，我们纷纷表示：虽然这次活动很累很累，但这是对自己意志力的磨练和体能的锻炼，我们需要这样的活动！

骑行开始，我们是第一批队员，我紧紧跟在教练身后，双腿保持匀速，可就算这样我也会很累。因为教练时不时地速度会快，有时会突然停下来等其他人，所以我的体力快耗没了。一路上，我就像一只顽强的.巨龙，有时又像一匹行了千里的骏马，累得不得了。就这样，我一直坚持到骑完4公里休息的时候才好一点。因为当时我是有高原反应的，我很不容易才坚持过来，回头一看一大批人都在后面，我也很高兴我竟然能排第二名。
休息完后又开始骑行了，我又打起精神来继续骑行。第一场大革命结束了，第二场大革命又要开始了。我突然感觉像是被按摩过后一般舒服，于是我又有信心满满，这回我给自己定的目标是教练。开始了！只听教练一声令下，我就开始加速了，此时此刻的我就像一只从笼子里飞出来的小鸟一样快乐，一切都非常顺利。可没想到的是骑了3公里后我又不行了，我现在后悔骑得这么快，浪费了这么多体力。已经来不及了，这回我有了经验，所以下次一定要去改善，也怪我太争强好胜，剩下的1公里我只能再坚持了。
到了终点，我已经累坏了，不过我能坚持下来，这很重要。后来，我到青海湖边观赏美景，真是让人心旷神怡啊！这次骑行让我永远都忘不了！
