在《做最好的班主任》这本书中，李镇西老师以一个语文老师的优美文笔与才华折服了我。书中这样说到:“只有个性才能造就个性，只有思想才能点燃思想。让没有思想的教师去培养富有创造性素质的一代新人，无异于缘木求鱼。”仔细想来不无道理，回想从教几十年的自己，不正是缺乏思想吗？工作之余从未主动思考一天或几天来的工作，思考自己的课堂，思考自己的学生。在接受各级培训，听取专家讲座时，也只是习惯性的接受，很少主动去思考。近来，朱校长不断提起“做一名优雅的教师”。我想第一步一定是要有思想，只有用思想才能提升教育的品质，只有有思想的教师才会培养出有思想的学生。“做有思想的教师”是应该深深根植在我的心中，甚至每一位教师的心中，成为一种信念和追求。“做有思想的.教师”，除了有思想，还必须要有一定的底气，如果没有扎实的基本功、厚实的人文底蕴、创新意识，那也只是一种空想。李镇西老师将“读书、教书、写书”视为他生活的全部内容。书中李老师将自己阅读过的书籍、杂志分类罗列出来，有古典类、文学类、教育类、人文类、杂志类，样样俱全。惊讶李老师哪来的那么多时间去读书，其实他早已养成“手不释卷”的习惯。回想自己，真是惭愧，每次总是以没时间为借口，放弃为自己充电。作为一个教师一个班主任，需要有渊博的知识，需要有扎实的基本功，更需要有爱心。 如今我想自己应该以李老师为榜样，博览群书，开阔视野，提高素养，将阅读作为自己的生存方式之一，勤于思考，勤于钻研，从而成为一个有思想的人，一名合格的人民教师。
《做最好的班主任》书中有一句话很值得我们每个德育工作者永远铭记在心——“永远不要对你的学生扬起你的拳头；永远不要用刻薄的语言对你的学生说话；宁可让学生欺骗十次，也不要冤枉学生一次；无论你的教育遇到了多么大的困难，都千万不要对学生说‘你是不可救药的’。”近20年的教育实践告诉我，完整的健康的教育需要捧着爱心和宽容心耐心地等待学生的提升和发展。
掩书思索，获益匪浅。这本书序中的一段话——“教育不能没有爱、但爱不等于教育。教育需要爱，但教育更需要智慧”，我相信，我们每一个教师只要都能够自省自检，把准方向、恒心努力，必能成为一名出色的班主任，使我们的班主任工作充满阳光，充满幸福感！

for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?
