在这燥热而又紧张的机节里，我们做着迎接中招的准备，忙碌无比燥热，早已不知道清凉是一种什么感觉了……坐在桌前的我翻开书，找到老师布置的材料作文，想了足足20分钟，我竟不知要写些什么，大概是心中太烦躁了吧！于是相约和几个同学在池塘边玩耍。站在池塘边，有个同学不经意的说起看着池中的莲花开得多漂亮。我偏过头去看，心中不免想起了周敦颐所写的文章爱莲说中写道：“莲之出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖，中通外直，不蔓不枝，香远益清，亭亭净植”。定眼看去，这莲花正如周敦颐所写的一样，出自污泥却不受，从水中长出却不显得妖媚。心中顿时有一种清凉的境界，让我的心很是舒坦。
和同学们告别，带着一种清凉的境界走向家中。再次拿起笔，在日志本上写下莲之出淤泥而不染濯清涟而不妖。
经过一番“赏花”之后，心中持有一份清凉，40分钟之内便写完了那篇作文。
每每心中燥热之时，想起周敦颐所写的莲之出淤泥而不染……总会有一种清凉之意涌来，让我的心神宁定。
也许是莲花的高尚境界感染了我吧！像莲花一样不受外界因素的影响，心中总保持着一份清凉。

四年光阴已经逝去，花开花落间四季更迭轮回，随着季节和自己生活节奏的转变，六月悄然而至。记忆里似乎除了冬日的“数九”寒天外，只有六月“夏至”的炎炎酷暑让人尤其深刻，内心的一切也仿佛伴着高温融化在这个季节里。
上了初四，功课和作业自然就多了起来。每天傍晚，10点多，在卧室里台灯前的书桌上，总能看到大大小小堆积如山的作业，以及妈妈送来的各种水果和牛奶，床边雪白的墙壁上拖着我长长的背影。这段时间，虽然处在紧张的学习状态下，但加上炎热的天气，总是容易犯困，没写几个字，困意便会偷偷的来袭，再怎么用凉水洗脸也没有用。在这时候，拿出手机放上一段音乐，困意便会立刻消失得无影无踪，马上变得神清气爽，就像早晨一样，脑袋立即飞速运转，做起这些作业来，也更起劲了。
当音乐涌向我的耳朵时，沉默是我的常态，也是我最喜欢的一种状态。听歌是一种心情的宣泄，音乐像一位朋友：在你孤独寂寞的时候，给你讲述他的经历，不知不觉中，便觉得心中的落寞一扫而光，空虚变得充实；音乐也可以在你激动或悲伤的时候，抚平你的心情，告诉你“胜不骄，败不馁”的道理；音乐在这炎热的夏季，带给你丝丝清凉，让你躁动的心平静下来……
我屏着呼吸，用心感受音乐长河中每一个跳动的音符。想想自己曾经的经历，现在的状态，任凭心情汹涌成汪洋，任凭思想在时空中穿梭，久久停留其中，令人遐思，清凉不断。
