st summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are lots and lots of visitors.Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests. There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice,
elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.
I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, you'll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.
I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.
The trip to Yunnan impressed me GREatly. I will never forget it.

上学期我们学习了《假如没有灰尘》一课，主要告诉我们：假如没有了灰尘，天空就始终是蔚蓝色的，大自然就会非常单调。但是现在，由于灰尘太多了，形成了雾霾，天空一直是灰白色的，大自然就变的更加单调了。
雾霾不但会污染了空气，还会危及人们的健康。前几天，我和妈妈一起观看了一部关于雾霾的公益纪录片，从中我了解到了很多关于空气污染的知识。雾霾主要来源于工业排放物和燃烧煤炭的烟尘，它们排放出来后会混合在一起，发生一系列化反应，产生有害的致癌物。
现在全国的癌症的人数明显增多，这一切都和雾霾脱不了干系。根据测算，焦作现在每年约有172天都是雾霾天，在全国污染城市排在第32名。在这部纪录片中，有一个片段令我十分难忘，一个小女孩说她从来就没有见过蓝天白云，但如果想要重建蓝天白云，就应该从每一个人做起。我常常看到公共汽车排出呛人的黑烟，过节放烟火时空气中弥漫着烟尘和火药的味道，从工厂冒出的烟在天空形成了一大团云雾。
更让我不可思议的是，燃烧1吨煤就会排出一万立方米的烟尘，这些烟尘正就是形成雾霾的原因。一架飞机起飞的`瞬间，就一下子消耗一吨燃油，排出的有害气体不计其数。今年，我看到很人们意识到了污染的严重，在大年三十，放鞭炮的人寥寥无几。以前元宵节有很多人都在放烟花，今年也少了很多。
记得去年我去台湾旅游时，飞机在台湾上空飞过。下面的山川河流城市街道清晰可见，而返回郑州时我只看见下面厚厚的霾，灰灰的云层。我希望我们的城市以后也会天天见到蓝天白云，保护环境先从我做起!

8月1日，我们一行人乘坐春秋航班，来到了梦寐以求的海滨城市──青岛。那是一座依山傍水的美丽山城，那里有一望无际的海水浴场，有风景秀丽的崂山，还有精巧别致的红瓦绿树，真不愧为避暑度假的好地方。
我们先来到闻名的“海上名山”的崂山。我们的车行驶在崂山的盘山公路上，窗外群峰耸立，山海相接；山脚下海浪阵阵，波涛滚滚。我感到像到了人间仙境一样，令人心旷神怡。
登山了，我们沿着山路往上爬。不久，一排瀑布骤然出现在眼前，那瀑布就像巨龙飞腾，气势磅礴。这就是著名的“龙潭瀑布”，果真名不虚传，那宏伟的`气势就像“飞流直下三千尺”般壮丽。
第二天，我们来到了海滨浴场冲浪。青岛的海边美丽极了：天是一片蓝玉，海是一块翡翠，远望水天相连，蔚为壮观。我们踩在细软的沙滩上，奔向那向往已久的大海。
大海卷起一层层美丽的浪花，呼啸着向沙滩打来，一眨眼它又逃了回去，就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时，一个一米多高的大浪拥上来，我赶紧把身体背过去，一浪过去了，我就向前走几步。不一会儿，又一排大浪冲来，我赶紧往回跑……我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏，绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声，那感觉正是爽极了。
青岛之旅给我留下了深刻的印象，要开学了，我多希望能有一个像去旅游那样快乐的新的开始啊！

最近，严重的雾霾总是缠绕整个杭州城，每天早晨起来，打开窗户，满屋子就会充满乌烟瘴气，使得喉咙里痒痒的，有种说不出的难过。
杭州遇雾霾“锁”城，大部分地区能见度低于200米。受雾霾影响，城区陷入严重空气污染之中，全市7个监测点位都处于“严重污染”状态。在杭州，虽然太阳当空，但建筑物仿佛蒙上了一层薄纱。每天一出门就感到空气干燥，天空灰蒙蒙的，如同漫天飞舞的灰尘。因为杭州地面湿度较大，风速又小，不利于雾霾的消散，所以雾霾天持续了很久。环保部门给出的出行建议是“取消不必要的户外活动”。使我们的心情也不太好。
这雾霾，因为人类不保护环境，乱排工业废水，使得原本清澈的小溪、小河变得浑浊，不再有可爱的小鱼们在水中欢快的游荡了;乱砍伐树木，使森林的树木急剧减少，大面积森林成为沙漠，难以抵挡风沙，这是多么严重啊!
大街上人烟稀少，没有几个人，也没有几辆车。出门的人统统“全副武装”，戴上口罩，围上围巾，戴上帽子，戴上手套。持续的雾霾天气使许多人患上了呼吸系统疾病，多数是老人和小孩。医院里人山人海，儿科门口挤满了上百位的患儿，这场面，堪比“春运”。据统计，近几天接诊人数中，近一半为呼吸道疾病患者，临床表现多数为发烧、咳嗽、流鼻涕，以及上呼吸道疾病，支气管炎，支气管肺炎、喘憋性肺炎最多。今年呼吸道疾病患者与去年同期相比，人数增加了三成。
据有关部门分析，这次雾霾天气主要是因为近期受逆温气候条件的影响、污染物不易扩散和冬季燃煤量大等导致空气质量变差的。长期的破坏生态也是恶劣天气的主要原因。所以，我们一定要保护环境，不要继续污染了。我们的地球现在已经变得千疮百孔了，我们不要再破坏它了!
这次雾霾天给人们的生活带来了极大的不便和危害了。为了预防雾霾带了的危害，我们要注意这几点：1、出门带口罩2、饮食清淡多喝水3、雾霾天气少开窗4、适量补充维生素D。这样我们就能与无情的雾霾抗争了!

In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.
There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.
In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.
