今天早上的8点，我跟妈妈一起去张家界的金鞭溪去玩。沿路主要景点有观音送子、金鞭岩等。

咦?那不是金鞭岩吗?这个金鞭岩，无论我与妈妈怎么看，都像是一根刺破青天的长鞭。在金鞭岩左侧的那座岩峰，多像一头凶猛的老鹰呀!它勾嘴瞪眼，时刻警觉地看着我们，就好像怕我们偷走似的。真好玩!所以当地人称“神鹰护鞭”。
最后我与妈妈下了车。我连忙跑到了金鞭溪，在水中玩了一会儿水，妈妈呢，去附近逛逛店。这时一只鬼鬼祟祟的乌龟从我身子游过，于是我连忙把它抓住，并连叫妈妈过来，妈妈赶过来，看到了乌龟，连忙拉出一个袋子，把乌龟放到袋子里，最后我们稍稍整理，高高兴兴地回到了旅店。

今天，我来到了金鞭溪游览。金鞭溪这个名字大家可能觉得很陌生，金鞭溪是张家界国家森林公园的景区，那里景色优美，鸟语花香，非常漂亮，因为溪水中有众多的金鞭鱼而得名。
我们在金边溪旁玩得很开心，我玩了喷水槍、踩木桩、喂野猴子，非常开心。
突然，下起了倾盆大雨，我们只好在树下躲雨，感叹山中天气的变化无常。雨越下越大，我们的衣服头发很快就被淋湿了，简直成了落汤鸡。爸爸让我们在原地等，他跑到前面去帮我们买一次性雨衣。爸爸走之后，我们在一处岩石下避雨，很多游客从我们身边经过，可都是头也不回地走了。这时，来了一位独自旅行的姐姐，她打着伞，邀请我们和她一起往前走。我非常感动，连声说谢谢。这时，爸爸把雨衣拿来了，我们穿上雨衣，和那个姐姐挥手告别。
不一会，雨就停了，我们看见很多人围着一个泉眼，泉眼不断流出水来，水很清澈，于是我用空矿泉水瓶装了一瓶，我看水里没有杂物，又问了导游，导游说：“这是长寿泉，这种水可以适当的喝一些。”所以，我喝了一口，非常甘甜。天色渐渐暗下来，已经接近傍晚了，天空又出现了乌云，于是我们加快脚步，回酒店了……
