今天是国庆节长假第二天，我和爸爸、妈妈、表哥按照原计划去北京看国家体育场——鸟巢。一想到“鸟巢”，我心里别提多兴奋了，鸟巢可是北京第29届奥运会主体育场啊！坐了两个小时的火车，终于到了北京西站，我们直奔旅游3路车站，旅游3路车是奥运专线车，直达国家体育场，排队上车的人可真多啊！好不容易挤上了车，爸爸第一个问司机叔叔：“到鸟巢要多长时间” ？司机叔叔说：“顺利的话要一个半小时才能到”。我听了大吃一惊，心想这么远呀，十一长假北京车里的人超多，站着背着包不能左右活动真是累了，就在这时有个北京当地的母女俩互相挤了挤，给我妈妈让了一小块座位，妈妈坐下后，“有人拿包了”。我笑着对妈妈说，我和哥哥赶忙把包给了妈妈。轻松多了！唉！北京的车真多呀，又堵车了！得猴年马月才能到呀！
老天爷终于给了面子，一路上再也没有怎么堵车，我和哥哥说说笑笑不知不觉就到了鸟巢，车一停，我们就飞快地跑下车，人可真多呀！等待参观鸟巢安检的人们排成了长龙，我们随着长龙的队伍一点一点的向前挪，这是我经历安检最严格的地方，检查包和衣服都非常严格，我们包里放着一个水果刀都被安检的叔叔检查到了，并扣在安检处，只有参观完毕回去后方可取回。通过安检我们终于到了梦寐以求的鸟巢，已经下午1点多了，哥哥嚷到：“饿了，咱们先填饱肚子，顺便减轻包里的重量，轻松参观多好呀，同意的举手”，我第一个举起两只手，表示100%的赞成，于是，爸爸、妈妈拿出包了我们带的吃的、喝的，狂吃了一通。
吃饱喝足后我和哥哥背着减重的包，带着愉快地心情来到了鸟巢中央的体育场的草坪上，向四周望去，看台上的人小小的，草坪上到处都是全国各地来看鸟巢的人们，好像一个真正的大鸟巢里的小鸟们在玩耍。进入鸟巢里面，鸟巢中央陈列着开幕式上的各种衣服和道具，鸟巢了的饮水区、W.C等设施非常人性化体现了人文奥运的精神。
天渐渐的黑了下来，鸟巢周围所有的灯亮了起来，远远的望去，夜幕下的鸟巢更加美丽漂亮
参观鸟巢后我更为我是中国而感到自豪，为我们成功举办奥运会感到骄傲，作为一名小学生，我现在一定要好好学习，天天向上，将来也要为祖国建设出一份力。

为了充实五一这个美好的一天，所以我们全家准备去鸟巢。
我们坐着几辆车GPS全球定位系统调到前往鸟巢的线路，便开始出发了。我们坐在车上说说笑笑时，忽然我看见了绚烂的彩灯一起照向了一个地方，给这个地方增添了几分光彩。我终于看到了鸟巢：“我看到了鸟巢了！我看到了鸟巢了！”几个正在聊天聊的入迷的大人也被我这几分尖叫给惊醒了。
我们路过“水立方”时，我看到那几个显眼的大石块犹如水晶般透彻明丽。终于到鸟巢了。我好象看见了一个由丝绸般的线围成了一个鸟居住的家一样。我们准备去鸟巢时，看见那里人山人海，挨挨挤挤的。好不容易才找到一个地方通往鸟巢的路，哇！我不惊赞叹，整个“鸟巢”被千万个霓虹灯、彩灯所照耀，忽然我还看见许许多多的人在那里照相合影，整个“鸟巢”成千上万的照光所拍摄，仿佛是影视城一般。我看见了一个残疾的小女孩，她只有一肢手臂，而且双目失明，可她还是朝鸟巢来了完美无缺的微笑。我们买完票后，就进入“鸟巢”了，我首先到的是几位明星，如：成龙、韩庚等。
唱起歌来，各种颜色的灯把鸟巢的每个角落都照了一遍，仿佛和舞吧里的灯照起来的灯艳丽了很多，我忽然听见韩庚的忠实粉丝为他们的明星加油呐喊，整个鸟巢就变成了欢乐的海洋，星空的天下，在当时没有任何词语能形容我们欢乐和百感交集的心情，整个欢呼声传遍了鸟巢每个角落，我的心情犹如蹿着几只小兔子，从一只变两只，两只变三只。走出了鸟巢，可我的心还在鸟巢那，我想鸟巢真是无与伦比的媲美。

Everyone may encounter a scene when he or she wonders what the meaning and purpose of life is. Answers to this question vary from person to person. As for me, I agree with the view that the meaning of life is to discover your gift and the purpose of life is to make the best of it.
On one hand, one's gift could be the source of his inner happiness, providing spiritual impetus and correct orientation. Take the world-renowned Chinese pianist Lang Lang as an example. His gift was noticed before he was 3 years old, which laid the foundation of his glorious life. On the other hand, proper use of talent helps people to realize their value in a positive way, thus making contribution to the society as a whole. For instance, Isaac Newton made a universally amazing discovery by digging into his gift and finding the Newton's law of gravitation.
In conclusion, let's search for our true gift and utilize it to the fullest to achieve a happy and valuable life.
