2.1减少电能的传输损耗

通常情况下电能在传输的.过程中都会产生一定的损耗,原因是导线上有电阻存在,会产生有功功率损耗。但是,线路上的电流是一定的,不能改变,能够改变的只有导线上的电阻,为了使电能在线路上的传输损耗减少,降低导线的电阻是最有效的方式。大家都知道,导线电阻的大小与导线的截面积、电导、长度有关,且与导线的截面积成反比,与电导、长度成正比。因此,要想改变导线的电阻,需要从这几个方面入手:一是在选择导线的时候应该电导率相对较小的材质,从而有效减少了电能的传输损耗;二是在进行电网设计时,布线的过程中要尽量让导线走直路,防止弯路过多,从而有效减少了导线的长度,减少电能在电路上的损失;三是变压器位置的选择要接近负荷中心,旨在减少供电距离;四是如果各方面的条件允许,尽可能的增大导线的横截面积,有效减少了导线的电阻,从而减少了电能的传输损耗,实现节能的目的。

2.2变压器的选择

在进行变压器的选择时首先要选用节能型的变压器,从而有效降低变压器的有功功率损耗;其次为了保持三相电的电流平衡,降低本体损耗,应该采取一些必要的手段和措施,例如将单相用电器分接在三相电源上、三相四线制供电等,从而有效保证了负荷的平衡。

2.3无功补偿

对于电气自动化系统而言,在供配电设备中无功功率占有很大的比重,增加了线路损耗的同时也对电网的电压造成不利影响,从而降低了电能质量,对电网的经济运行也产生了极大的影响。因此,选用恰当的无功补偿装置是非常有必要的,可以有效减少损耗,为提高经济效益和社会效益发挥了关键性的作用。首先在使用电容器补偿时,在确定电容器容量过程中应该将目标功率因数、配电电压的容量、负荷等考虑其中;其次为了使补偿效果达到最佳,应该采用模糊投切方式,与传统补偿方式相比,模糊投切方式具有调节平滑、跟踪准确、适应面广等优势,就目前而言补偿效果是最佳的;另外要将无功功率作为投切参数物理量,从而有效避免出现投切振荡、无功倒送等情况。此外,无功补偿设备在安装的过程中最好实行就地原则,就地安装,就地补偿,减少线路上的无功传输,实现节能的目的。

2.4有源滤波器的使用

有源滤波器的使用能够有效的将谐波消除,防止出现与电网联结电气设备的误动作。产生误动作的主要原因是逐渐增加的电气设备数量,导致大量的谐波出现,而这些谐波电流会产生与基波电压重叠的电压,造成电压的畸变,导致电气设备误动作的产生。总之,有源滤波器的动态性能非常优异,且具有反应灵敏、功率范围广等优点,对于无功功率的补偿有极大的作用。通常情况下,有源滤波器对谐波起到过滤的作用,有效防止电气设备误动作的产生,提高了电气设备的运行效率,优化了电气自动化的节能效果。

2.5其他节能设计技术

对于电气自动化系统而言,除了变压器、无功补偿及有源滤波器等节能技术以外,采用高效光源等其他形式也能够达到节能的效果,高效光源的光色好、发光率高、显色性能良好,如果应用到电气自动化系统中,能够从根本上实现能源的节约。目前,我国电气自动化的节能设计技术还处于不断发展的阶段,需要对其进行不断的分析和研究,只有这样才能进一步促进电气节能高新技术的发展。
