星期六放学前，老师布置作业叫我们整理房间。放学后，我坐在公交车上，我还地想着怎么样整理房间，布置房间……
到了家里，我马上放下书包跑到自己的房间。(.天啊！这么乱，要整理到什么时候。我下楼找来了一块布，放在肩上，跟电视里的店小二一样。我又找来了扫帚和畚箕。我先扫地。我从里面扫到外面，从床底扫到床尾。然后，我把扫出来的脏东西全部扫到门口。扫了一大堆垃圾，我扫到了畚箕里。然后，我把垃圾倒入门口的垃圾桶里。又把扫帚和畚箕放到了原处。后来，我拿来小桶用布把其它的垃圾一点不留地抹到小桶里。
现在应该整理房间了，我动手把储蓄罐放回原位，把书本叠成一排放到了自己的旧铅笔盒里，把另外的东西也都放回到原来的地方。
整理好了，时间已经到了晚上8点55分了。我立刻洗脚睡觉。

于是，丁丁就关掉电视机。开始整理房间了。丁丁先把床单拉得平平整整，把被子叠得整整齐齐，又把枕头放好。丁丁再把书桌上的书理好，放到书柜里。接着，丁丁端着一个装满水的脸盆和一块抹布来到阳台。用抹布把玻璃擦了一遍又一遍，水也换了一盆又一盆。后来，丁丁终于把玻璃擦得亮晶晶的。然后，丁丁拿来扫把，把地上的纸屑扫得干干净净。最后，丁丁又拿来拖把，把地上的污点拖得一干二净。就这样，房间终于被丁丁整理好了。当然，丁丁也累得满头大汗了。
不一会儿，妈妈下班按照丁丁的要求买来面包匆匆忙忙地回来了。她看见丁丁把房间整理地这么好，笑眯眯地对丁丁说：“丁丁，你真是一个懂事的好孩子。”丁丁听了，比吃了蜜还要甜，一直甜到心里。于是，丁丁就高高兴兴地去吃面包了。
