夏日炎炎，大火球似的.太阳射出炙热的光芒，把大地烤的像蒸笼一样。大地上没有一丝凉爽的风。路旁的柳树，无精打采地站在路上。小狗只能躲在树荫下，发了疯似的吐舌头，好像在说：“太阳公公，你为什么要把大地烤得这么热呢”虽然我在家里吹着凉爽的空调，但是我很想吃根雪糕，凉爽一下。
于是，我打开冰箱，想找一根雪糕凉爽一下，可是，冰箱里空空如也，一点东西都没有。我又拿出钱包，想拿出一些钱到楼下的店铺买一根雪糕。可是，钱包里的钱却少得可怜，连一根雪糕都买不起。突然，我想起以前妈妈教我做冰激凌的方法，仔细回忆起来。我拿出做冰激凌的材料：四个鸡蛋、五百毫升牛奶、一百克糖和清洗好的模具，我要开工了。我首先把鸡蛋重重地磕在桌上，蛋黄和蛋清立刻跳起了欢快的舞蹈，一个接一个地降落到碗里。我正想把蛋黄放到另一个万里，可谁知，蛋黄滑溜溜的，要想把他完整地捞到另一个碗里非常不容易，当鸡蛋黄到另一个碗里时，早已支离破碎。我做了好久，才把蛋黄捞到另一个碗里。接着将糖倒入，快速搅拌均匀。我又拿出一包牛奶，把牛奶倒进平底锅里煮至微开，再慢慢地倒入装有蛋黄的碗里，边倒边搅拌，直到呈乳白色为止。然后，我把蛋奶的混合液，倒入锅内，打开点火开关，火苗立刻舔着锅底，又像一个个舞蹈家一样，跳起了欢乐的舞蹈。不一会儿，混合液就微开了。我把混合液放到冰柜里冷藏，由于我非常心急，所以每半小时就去看一次，可是迟迟不能凝固。这时，我突然想起妈妈曾经说过一句话：“心急吃不了热豆腐，每隔半小时要把冰激凌拿出来搅拌一下，让空气与液体充分融合，防止冰渣的出现。”我就照着做了。
终于，功夫不负有心人。第二天，冰激凌终于做好了。我拿出奥利奥饼干，去掉奶油，捏成饼干屑，撒在上面，在上面放了两个蛋卷，还放了一些美味的水果。
冰激凌终于大功告成了，我尝了几口，觉得非常美味，我心里乐开了花。我还给妈妈尝了尝。妈妈夸我是个冰激凌制作大师，我欣喜若狂。通过这次做冰激凌，我明白了，劳动最光荣，通过自己劳动得到的食物是最美味的。

In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.
There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.
In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.

今天，我突然想吃冰淇淋。妈妈说：“外面的东西部干净，我们就在家里做吧！”
于是我和妈妈就去超市里买了冰淇淋粉和打蛋机。然后我们就开始做了起来。先倒进半包冰淇淋粉，然后再倒进180ml纯的开水。我拿了一个调羹把水和粉，搅拌均匀。然后我把冰淇淋放进冰箱冷冻室，妈妈说：“要冷冻8小时。”
第二天一早，我算了一下时间到八小时了。我就从冰箱里拿出了冰淇淋，妈妈也拿出了一个秘密武器：打蛋机。我们用打蛋机打了2分钟后，又放入冰箱冷冻。
到了中午，美味可口的冰淇淋就可以吃了。我舔了一口，嗯！可真好吃，和店里买的一样美味，一样可口。

在这炎炎夏日里，大家一定都很喜欢吃冰激凌吧！我在彩信上看到了一个制作冰激凌的方法，就想试一试。于是，我就自己制作了一个“美味”的冰激凌，你们想不想也来尝尝鲜？
我准备了牛奶、水、白糖和一个保鲜盒，就开始做了。
我先把一杯牛奶倒入保鲜盒，然后倒入三杯水，最后往里面加入了一些糖，并用勺子把它们搅拌均匀。我小心翼翼地把保鲜盒放到了冰箱里。我心里非常高兴、也非常的激动，心想，我做出的冰激凌一定很好吃，心里一直想着吃自己做的冰激凌。
我等了一分钟、半个小时、一小时、两小时、三小时，终于，等到了我梦寐以求的冰激凌。我把保鲜盒从冰箱里拿了出来，打开盖子，我发现我制作的冰激凌和外面卖的还真不一样，我迫不及待地一勺子下去，中间竟被被戳了一个很大的洞。怎么回事？原来盒子四周已经冻成冰块了，中间根本就没有冻住。好奇怪啊，已经冻了三个小时，不应该啊！管它呢，我还是先享用一下美味的冰激凌吧！我从中间挖了一大勺子放入口中，甜甜的。我又把四周的冰放入口中，美美地品尝起来。咦！怎么一点味道都没有呢？我想：是我放的糖少了？不对呀，明明放了很多。为什么一点味道都没有呢？我心里迷惑不已。
我动脑筋想呀想，还是想不出来。于是，我又仔细读了读彩信，终于找到了问题的答案。原来，水在结冰时，会排除“异己”，结冰过程中，会把糖和牛奶挤出去，所以冰是淡的。科学家们发现南北极的冰山是海水结冰而成，但却没有海水的咸味，也是这个道理。
这次动手制作冰激凌，又让我明白了许多科学道理，虽然没有吃上可口的冰激凌，我心里还是很高兴。如果大家感兴趣，也来做一做吧！

Last summer holiday, I went to Beijing for a week. The first day when I took off at the capital airport , it gave me the first feeling was cleanand tidy. The people in Beijing were very friendly. T he second day, I visited Beijing city. I went to the WangFujing Ave , I tasted many famous snacksand Beijing Roast Duck, they are very delicious. I also went to the XinDongfang square, it was a very big shopping mall, it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! T he last day, I visited the Beijing University ----one of the topest universities of China . There are many famous people were graduated t here.
That’s a happy travel. In the future, I want to visit many countries. This is my dream.
