我在乡下的外婆家长大。外婆家的小院子，就成了我儿时的乐园，它酿造出我快乐的童年。
院子中有一棵粗壮的参天大树，树下放了一把摇椅，摇椅旁一张小圆桌随意靠在树边，几个茶杯簇着一个茶壶立于桌上。
夏夜，蝉声鸣鸣，微风拂面。外婆总会在晚饭后带我到院子中乘凉。她坐在摇椅上，轻摇着蒲扇，给我讲猫婆婆的.故事。听了她讲的故事，我既害怕又有些好奇地问她：“外婆，那猫婆婆会不会把我也抓走了？”她听了我的话，慈祥地笑笑，温和地对我说：“乖孩子，有我陪着你呢，猫婆婆是不敢抓你的啊！”她温和的安慰与椅子“吱、吱”声编织在一起，悦耳动听，我的心中满载幸福。
深秋，再回故里，红枫满天。有大约六七年没有回到这个小院子，这里与从前相比已大不一样。围墙上缠了几根青藤，台阶上也长上了苍青的苔藓，曾经碧绿的树叶都染上了金色、黄色，而外婆，也因病无奈坐上轮椅。
外婆见到了我，心中大喜，连忙招呼我进屋休息。她一边咳嗽着一边去给我洗水果。我见状连忙走过去，接过水果，说：“外婆，不用麻烦您了，我自己来就行，您好好休息吧。”她愣了愣，随后脸上满是欣慰之色地说：“我的好外孙，终于长大了，懂得照顾别人了。”
晚上，我陪外婆在小院子中散步，我推着轮椅，问外婆：“你还记得这棵树吧？”外婆脸上露出回忆之色：“当然，小时候我还天天在那下面给你讲故事呢，现在你长大了，我也老了……”望着外婆，不经意间，她头发已经全部变成了银白色，额上也被岁月刻出了几道深深的痕迹。“外婆，我给你讲讲学校的事吧。”“好啊，好啊！”静穆的夜晚，我给外婆讲起学校的各种趣事，沉寂了许久的小院，又回荡起久违的笑声。
合上相簿，不禁感慨，时光可以改变我们的容颜，但那份永恒不变的爱却化为心灵深处的相依相伴在两代人之间静静流淌。过去，你陪我渐渐长大；而今，我要伴你慢慢变老。
